-Prologue-
Brother and Sister Avidus (male —“Nel-Zeir") and Viridell (female —"Nil-Zair"), were a family themselves kindly orphaned and left with middle class wealth. Their lives were under the rule of a nice peaceful society and they lived in the capital, until new rulers came with a great contest, as they slowly infiltrated the old government overthrowing and overwriting anyone who stood in their way, kindly accepting supporters.
Their contest, to hold a match for the five strongest fighters in the land of the varying Elementals, of Fire, Water, Wind, Darkness, and Alteration, ranging from the far south southwest of Solaraventa, to the rugged terrain in the mountains of Snow Zero City, and the farthest reaches of Iturcinq (It-er-sink), the colored zone.
As was foretold the brother and sister could hold their own evenly in a fight, somehow having the master skill of Alteration embedded within them, therefore leaving the other with darkness.
After many a fight, and minimal possible bloodshed, these five were chosen.

And they we're the five who overthrew the current government, Along with Sairiya (A/A) they obliterated all who got in their path... but taking over was just the beginning, when the old government was ejected and eradicated.
A few years later, when the rule was slowly modifying into a tyrannical dictatorship as the S-BES (Sub-Basic Energy Source) became the main currency when Sairiya became the leader. Not long after S-BES seemed to be the only thing preventing the Capitol gaining any capital and there wasn't much change in authority or power because the people had no fear of the government, and the government had very little to instill fear... that is until an old human like Mechina was stumbled upon by Avidus. Little did he know that this was going to be the rise of the empire altogether.
When he found it, it was unoperational, was very weak and had little to no power source; it’s wires were hanging out, and it was a few pieces from being a pile of discombobulated wires and a hunk of scrap metal. But with his influence, ability, and a little elbow grease, he was able to bring it back to life again, and within a month it became a robot, the only living machine, with as much skill as the general himself, which also made a great friend and fighting partner. It became a part of him so to speak...
When he presented "Retro Mod" to Sairiya, he was quite pleased with what Avidus had done both with the Mechina and training it, and was wondering if it were possible to make more.
"Y-Yes sir, it's possible, but I don't have enough funds..."
Sairiya stopped him right there. "I will make sure all is necessary, but come first we have much to speak about..."
Nearly a year later, after Retro Mod's rebirth, the Five, under Sairiya's Command, were sent to several cities to take over and put them under the rule of the current Capitol as well.
Snow Zero City was the First Target, and although it might've been better to send Tedonin to deal with that threat, sadly, he didn't have much training in the way of ice. So it was better to send the one who adapts quickly, Avidus, Retro Mod, and his Alterbot army...
After a the two day trip to make it to Snow Zero City, it seemed as if all was to be successful and quite peaceful, until they were confronted with two people standing between them and the walled entrance to Snow Zero— the person on the right, a female standing with bulky clothes upon her, not looking much older than her 20s with brown hair that glowed within the faint light. The one on the left looked as if it were male, although it was quite hard to tell with all the armor and skintight bearings it wore, not to mention the muscles that were defined as well as it was clad in violescent armor and bearings.
And although this was practically 1 vs. 100, they looked confident enough to defeat them all.
"The last thing that I remember... was nothing..."

Start: Area 1 Snow Zero City.
“‘Nel-Zeir: the great one’, ‘Nel-Zeir: the hero.’” That is what the inhabitants of Snow Zero City call me. Many people praise me but I know not what I’ve done to earn their praise. I live in the South Central Area of the city. And most of the time it’s a very peaceful place altogether because it lies in the mountains, but ever since the new government “A.L.EX.I.S.” (Aligned Leadership Excusing Internal Sacrifice) overthrew the old one; **** it now disrupts the ways of life for this small city, and as the news reports say, other cities are being changed too, such as Solarventa, a city to the far south-southeast of Snow Zero. The capital is making a high speed rail transit to the area by clearing the Tranimat Woods, a vital region to Avercia (the brother city to Solarventa) which is not that far north from Solarventa, as well Havira (which lies to the eastern southeast of Solarventa), who relies on the forest to dispel the Hoshmeo winds, which’re accumulated from Solarventa’s heat and Hoshmeo’s cool waters. When the two forces collide, the Hoshmeo winds are created, and the winds are both humid and dry, but thanks to the trees, and transpiration, Havira has plenty of rain to thrive. Subsequently, the area would be desert, only if the trees were removed. There are also other areas haphazardly being affected by the new government’s power.
(Some Time Ago...)
A little while ago as I (Avidus) tried to get up and move about, after coming back to consciousness, from seeming to be out for a while, I found myself in a hospital with bandages from my upper body, midsection, arms, and legs all over, and excruciating pain; however my bandages were all made up in a flimsy manner. I fought the pain nevertheless and began to arise from the bed I was in; consequently as I did so I found myself confronted by someone far from the looks of a nurse, dressed in mostly violescent hues, entering my room with her hair covering the most part of her face, and although I had no memory of what had happened to me before I awoke, or anything before that, my body had tensed up into a fighting stance.
“Who are you?” I questioned, forcing authority into my words.
“I am…” she said quietly, nearly the sound of a whisper while she placed her left hand up to her cheek, with the other hand gave support to holding it up, “…your nurse.” She then disappeared instantaneously, like a shadow in the naturally lit room, and then struck me in the midsection, where my wounds seemed to become fatal as she her blow landed there.
I gave out a cry in intense sheer pain and collapsed from the hit straight to the floor with a pause when I went down to my knees, but I still had enough energy to lift my head and barely see her covered face just as the ground came rushing torwards me at an alarming velocity.
When I awoke again, I found her at my bedside looming over me with more bandages caressing my midsection, and a large divot in the center of where my normal abdomen would be. “Nurse?” I questioned, looking at her covered face.
“Yes patient?” she said, looking off far into the back corner of the room.
“Why am I here?”
“You were found…” she paused for a second as if to carefully choose her words, but not so long to seem as if her speech were purposely interrupted. “… outside the city walls by the elder, and she then left you in my care.”
“And my wounds?”
She had opened her mouth as if to speak, but she dithered again. “...” The nurse then answered “They were upon when you were found, it seemed as if you were ambushed before you arrived, and then after being so, came here for refuge.” She briefly waivered her speech, as if to add emphasis onto these next few words. “Like many others.”
“Many others?” I asked with a mix of fear and seriousness in my voice.
“Yes. Just a few hours before you were found our city was attacked.”
-And as she said that, warning alarms went off all throughout the city, and an announcement was made. “The City is under attack by an army of robots, all those who are equipped to fight, please join the current cause that is herding off the current advance force.”
I then got up from the bed again, moving to the side opposing her, my back faced towards the window, as hers, and got up from the bed, yet as soon as my feet touched the ground, she protested.
“Where are you going?” She asked.
“To fight. They said those who are equipped to fight, go.”
“You cannot, nor are you equipped to fight, so I will not allow you to go.” She spoke with a monotonous tone, and she took me and lie me back in the bed.
I got back up again, and when I touched the floor, she then grabbed me and laid me back in the bed along with saying again in the monotonous tone she had “You are not permitted to leave.”
I tried 3 more times, and along with those three more times she lied me back in the bed again with the same consistently erratic force she did the times before, bearing the same face she had before, blank and desolate, and not to mention pale, when I looked at her on the last time she put me in the bed.
“Don’t leave…” She said as she left the room, but just before she left, she stopped at the room and turned her head back at me and iterated ominously “… and you are not permitted to fight, if either of these are implemented from you by the time I get back you will not like it.” She then left after speaking.
When I no longer heard her feet upon the floor, I began to quietly escape both from my confinement and the hospital. After putting on some clothes, a jacket, shoes, and a few arm and leg braces and a pair of gloves that were beside my bed on a desk, which fit around my arms perfectly, I checked myself out of the hospital and made myself to the only entrance and exit out of the city, the south gate…
a brief leaving...-
As I exited outside of the city walls/gate, the sound of bullets and lasers being shot, as well as the sound of yells, screams, and groans of pain filled my ears. Some of the few things that I saw was blood paved snow as well as “Holy” bodies and bodies with some kind spear like item resembling a shuriken in some bodies as well, along with machine parts, arms, heads, bodies, discombobulated select areas, and weapons all covered in the continuously falling snow.
My body ached as I treaded my way upon the edge of the battlefield, and when I came closer and closer to the inner zones of the main force, I was nearly hit by a laser, so I quickly took cover behind a snow mound, and alongside mine was another with a bulky human wearing a husky bear skin jacket, along with a funny hat with ear flaps, and bulky jeans, relentlessly firing off rounds from a Sub-Delta A machine gun. As he paused to reload his weapon, I went over to the snow mound that he occupied to get his attention.
When he noticed that I was there, he quickly lifted his weapon at me with a sharp inhale and violent enraged scowl. He then let out a deep sigh of relief, and the heat of his breath from the sigh emanated garishly with the cold weather enveloping us.
“Whew, for a second there I thought one of those ugly clunkers had did a truckload of damage to us, thank goodness it’s a human.” As he finished his sentence he looked back over the mound with a reloaded weapon and screamed manly as he fired off some more shots at the robots coming. When he stopped, he asked “What’s your name sonny?”
“Uh… I don’t know. Nobody told me when I came here, nor did my nurse.”
“Well then, ‘Nel-Zeir’ will be your name from now on. It means good luck warrior in the olde language, and it’s good that you’re here, even though you just came from the hospital.” He spoke with a slight amount of joy and disappointment in his voice, having a thick country accent and strong baritone to it, as if from someone who lives in humid areas. “Got any weapons?” he questioned me.
“No.” I said dropping my head, forgetting the fact that I had no weapons when I came out here to fight. “Just my fists and a lot of fight.”
“Well then go head over to the snow plow just a march ahead of here, and to the right, there you’ll meet Joe Barnixby, weapons specialist, he’s a bit of klutz, and chunky fellow, but thank god he’s a deity with weapons.”
I was stuck with a dumbfounded expression upon my face as I looked over the mound and saw a bit of the incoming wave. I was a bit
“Hey man!” he yelled at me.
My head sprung up from his yell.
“Go get a move on man! I’ve got your back covered if you run into any trouble; let’s just hope you don’t get caught by these godforsaken robots in the snow upheaval."
I got myself into gear from his assurance of having my back. “Gotcha.” I said, jumping over the mound, ready for anything that came my way, and I began to run ahead with the sound of bullets and lasers increasing, and then silence as a huge gust of wind pushed me back some as I braced for impact from it.
(What came next, I remember vividly)
I began to trudge as best I could but to no avail while I was caught between the thick upheavals of snow. I stopped in my tracks as I heard words being yelled and commanded between the drones of a repetitive ominous marching. “Get a move on! Haul your idiotic heaps of scraps into gear NOW! Before I scrap you all!” she yells her tone of rage quite erratic, but the robots seem not to be the cause of her rage with their slow moments.
They must be building something big, I thought, but as I continued to march on through the thickening blizzard, I stopped and felt a strong violent vibration in the ground. I came back to reality again as my braces began to beep and glow faintly, as if something relevant was nearby. So I began to traverse in the direction of where the beeping and glowing grew louder and louder.
When I made it to the point of interest, it was an alterbot encapsulated in ice, with its eye overflowing with a green gel like liquid that seemed to melt the ice progressively. As it was melting the chilled ice away, along with the snow, it was penetrating only so far into the snow, and from there it was being absorbed into a weapon. I reached in to the hole to grab it, and when I retrieved it, I heard a ravenous roar along with a massive vibration from what sound and felt like a giant beast. Upon hearing it, I abandoned the robot encased in ice and apologized to it, running torwards the sound, but while I went away from it and after I retrieved the weapon, the flow of the gel began to increase.
I quickly rushed to where the sound was emanating from only to find a triple headed hydra beast come up from the ground in the upheaval of snow. A giant blue snake with a pendant around its middle neck for its head. Upon encountering it and entering its sights and of it coming into mine, we both tensed up for the fight. It roared releasing a violent immense emanation of energy. ‘I guess it’s too late to get another weapon.’ I thought to myself as I ran up to the mech beast with only the dysfunctional weapon in my sheath and then yelled, “YOU WILL NOT PASS!” in rebuttle to its roar. 'I can’t let this pass the line, if this even gets close to the line all those people will die.’ I thought. The beast retorted with a violent roar, after combining its three heads into one giant head with massive energy spikes running throughout it.
- The Triydra
The fight then ensues, with myself fighting this behemoth who constantly kept changing its head versions, from triple blasts fired from its mouth to one powerful single head fire. She kept me on my guard, and the only damage that I could cause to it would be close combat range hits of punch and kick aerial combos upon it's breast area. Sadly, that was all I could manage with its level of energy constantly spiking and then it firing its tri-headed frost beam at me, covering out field with huge encasements of ice, meant for me to be in. As for the weapon I had picked up earlier, it would not activate, unconventionally, I continually fought it, taking huge amounts of damage from near misses and the cold wearing down upon me when I struck it, as if it was the source of the cold. I could barely stand it myself with my already injured body, but it still held up while I was holding it off. It was when it had held off its tri headed beam for a while, and when it had combined heads and opened up its own huge mouth and fired off a deadly beam at me.
Thankfully I barely dodged it, the blast left a huge encasement of ice, but that was all I could manage, from there I was pent, and it was ready to strike me again with a tri headed beam attack at me as I stood, my whole body going numb from pain and the cold.
“You shall not pass...” I said to it weakly as I gripped my sides and stomach, ready to collapse, while it arched its head up at me, splitting it into three, opening its mouth ready to fire off at me. I closed my eyes expecting the worst as it fired, but the shot was somehow deflected and unashamedly missed me. As I look up, I see two people ahead of me, the alterbot I saw earlier, and a warrior, clad in pink, all pink, from hot, pale, neon, and reddish variations. She stood with pride and honor as she unsheathed her weapon, a katana of hot neon pink, glowing strongly, ready to foray pain into those who make her falter from her mission. As for the alterbot, it looked back at me, and my body knew what to do. I spread my stance wide into a star formation as did the alterbot and yelled “DeAnimus PRIME!” and although there was an encased block of ice between us, the alterbot took it in, along with me as we became one, syndicated armor appearing upon me. We became a complete whole with my body and some of my armor as one with ice, my body immune to the cold. I then pulled out the weapon from earlier from my belt, and it then activated in response to my movements, and armor merge, transforming into a modified blaster of some kind. After my transformation was complete I looked at the warrior, and she commanded of me “When I say fire, you fire, Got that?!”
As the hydra tried to sneak up on her, she slashed it down the middle of the center head, leaving a treacherous scar down the middle, and it retreated temporarily from the hit.
The warrior clad in pink then dashed backwards to put a space between them, and then when she landed at the head of her foot, and she sprinted towards the hydra. It seemed to be consequently, but after the slash the snow began to die down, and she leaped up into the air, the sunlight beaming off of her armor as she raised her katana to bring down the final strike upon it and she called out “RELINQUISH YOUR DEBTS! Aticaye mytreitia Ycnot!” (Ah-tee-say my-tree-shuh yic-not) she then struck it down on the head of the right, forcing it to open its mouth with the brute force she used, “NOW FIRE!” she commanded of me.
I then raised my buster, taking aim quickly, and fired a charged shot lvl. 2 dead into its mouth. She kicked off the hydra’s head to get away from it, and the hydra’s third head exploded, becoming detached from the rest of the body and fell into the snow. The hydra then retreated, with the rest of its heads intact, including the one with the fatal scar down the middle, drilling into the ground and tunneling away, and as it got away, the snowstorm died.
The warrior in pink then slowly started off, walking away, leaving the remains.
“Hey?” I inquired of her. “What’re you going to do?”
“Watch. At least, that’s what you should do.” She said, replying to my question, leaving me confused, and then disappeared in a neon pink haze.
I started to contemplate, but then remembered about the main line of defense, and about Henry. With my vision clearing up, and the snowstorm dying down, the alterbot then disengaged from my body, and turned into a little sphere with an eye upon it, “Retro is the name.” it said, as if it knew my condition, nonetheless, I took it and clipped it to my belt, along with the buster, now modifying itself into an antique handgun, and headed off to the front line.
After figuring out what happened, to the guys, and finding that they were alright, and also knew nothing about the battle between me and the hydra, I decided to keep it quiet, although after I had disappeared, the waves had stopped advancing, giving people the conclusion that I stopped it single-handedly, there enforcing the nickname “Nel-Zeir” upon me. I was relieved that no one was hurt, but then my body stopped as we marched back to the city, and I had collapsed.
The last thing I remembered then was that I was carried back to the city by someone with an extremely soft chest, wearing a pink hearted necklace and an odd nurse outfit because her body was mostly cloaked. The feeling that was emanated from her, it was nice.
