Sometimes when I show this ref sheet to someone that is drawing Merun for whatever reason, they tend to focus quite a bit of the muscle, which is understandable, but there are some thing you should know.
kiraanimerawr draws muscle very well, but Meurn is not constantly ripped like he's seen above. He's also not a bodybuilder, his muscle stems from his background as an ex SCAR super soldier, and the fact that he now pulls sleds carrying other people around as a current job. Yes, he is significantly more muscular than the average furry, but if I ever commission you, or if you see this for some other drawing related reason, understand that I am never expecting his muscle to be nearly this detailed, or this veiny, or flexed. However, do keep in mind he is larger and stronger than the average furry, so take that as you will. A lot of people have complained that "I can't draw muscle that well" then that's fine! He wears clothes on occasion too xD and if you're doing some sort of free drawing on the fly, then I don't care if he's average in size, just so long as his color scheme is correct. I hope this has helped some people n.n
