It is illegal in the USA to have the same auction open in two different areas. You will have to take one or the other down. =c

It's not illegal to advertise the other one on her dA, however.

It's also not a big deal in this case. This is very casual and there is no binding contracts. They are not US Citizens and there is no physical product. Nothing needs to come down.

but the auction is in america, so i think that might still apply, since they are useing english and such. and the idea of a physical product does not apply. an auction is an auction. but i could be wrong, who knows. i just remember it from my college classes
