Though Sandstalker is a feared and legendary hunter today, her path of villainy began somewhere...and with someone. Killing the superhero Blister brought his good friend, the superheroine Oasis, down upon her.

Oasis, a cheetah as fast as her feral cousins and able to summon the power of water at her fingertips, pursued Sandstalker with relentless conviction, determined to bring her to justice. The two ultimately clashed in a fight that would lead to the creation of a supervillain...and the fall of a heroine.
