Man, this must be the Ultimate Commission Challenge Round, because people have me drawing/painting all kinds of complex stuff lately! Not that I'm complaining.
Here we have Rondo playing Beethoven's "Pathétique". Admittedly, I'm not nearly as passionate about music as I am about art, but eventually realized that we both feel strongly about our craft, and so tried to channel in those passionate feelings into the piece. Drawing that perfect stroke, playing those elegant notes... They come from the same place, so why not? This is probably the most artsy-fartsy statement as I'll ever make on my own work.
