My TOS (Terms Of Service)
WHAT I DRAW:
Anthro, furry, humans, as well as fantasy races (for example, elves, etc.). Any genders, chars combinations, species. Plot: romantic scenes, illustrations, BDSM, pin-up style, etc. SFW/NSFW.
WHAT I DON'T DRAW:
Chibi, feral, necrophilia, pedophilia, BBW, NSFW with characters under 18years, vomit, gore, vore, diapers, coprophilia, and similar extreme fetishes, any hyper sizes. If you are interested in a fetish not specified here send me a note to discuss this.
If you want a private commission tell me about it in advance! Details are discussed.
HOW IT WORKS (for regular commissions only, not for YCH's)
You describe your idea. It's important to attach all the necessary examples of images, links to the character. The more useful information I get, the better I understand the idea.
I draw a sketch. I make changes in the sketch if any corrections are required. Only at the sketching stage do I make changes. After this stage I don't make any changes anymore.
After approving the sketch I request 100% payment - Boosty (via Paypal or Bank card). After receiving the payment I continue working on the drawing.
PAYMENT:
•Boosty (via Paypal or Bank card) full prepayment, payment in USD
• Payment within 24 hours from the date of my invoice
(!) I don't do refunds after you sending me the payment. Think twiсe before ordering commission, I DONT DO REFUNDS (!)
How to use commissions. Rights of the author and the customer
Rights of the author. The copyright on the final art belongs to me. I have the right to place on the art signature with my nickname and other info, to place the final art in my own gallery on other resources, to use the final image in other projects, artbooks, portfolios, etc. I have the right to use unapproved sketches for the future works or other commissions.
If you refuse the commission after its approval, then you pay me compensation for the time spent. The cost of payment is determined individually, according to my price list for sketches.
Rights of the customer. The customer has the right to use the image in any non-commercial purposes. The customer has the right to upload a reduced version of artwork everywhere, large size for personal use only!
Don't forget to write my nickname when upload the commission to the FA.
