(PLEASE READ EVERYTHING) NSFW Commissions#
- If you miss any of these rules, I don't take responsibility for it, so please read thoroughly! As a commissioner you follow my rules. If any are broken, I may decline further business with you!
- Please respect my decisions in how I price things and whether the price rises with certain additions. You can decline if you do not wish to pay the amount I'm asking for.
- Have funds prepared for payment - I do payment upfront with paypal invoicing.
- If payment exceeds 200$ I may be able to do a payment plan depending on what it is, but I will not do more than whatever is currently paid off until full payment goes through (so if you pay 100USD out of a total of 200, a sketch and some linework will be created until fully paid of, where I will then continue to the full product!)
- When you commission me provide absolutely all details necessary. I will most likely ask a few questions too, but do not rely on me knowing something specific if I am not told so beforehand.
- Any changes to the art piece during or after it's creation might require extra funds depending on how big the change is and how far into the piece I am. Generally if it is still in sketch phase I wont charge anything.
I retain all the rights to pick any extra costs for requesting changes to the already pre-agreed upon and finished piece. If you do not agree with the price, the piece will stay as it was originally finished. I wont fix pieces that are more than a month old either, sorry ^^"
- With your request, I will provide WIPs of the commission with every stage (sketch, linework, colors, shading if asked!)
- Complexity of the ocs might and most likely will increase the price of the final commission.
- I work best off of reference sheets, but will also accept multiple images of a character to work off of. I can work off of a descriptions, but I might charge extra.
- There are certain things I will never draw.
(underage characters, lgbt-phobic content, racism, non-consensual content, ferals, harmful political ideologies, overall harmful stuff) - You will find everything I do not draw on the sheet itself! If you have any questions about what I can or cannot draw that isn't listed, contact me and ask!
- If I cannot complete a commission, you will be given a full refund, as long as its not in the shading stage. If the commissioner themselves asks for a refund it is not guaranteed that you will get the absolute full refund if I had already started the piece (the price will be calculated based on my progress and a portion will be refunded).
- If you are commissioning me to draw someone else's character, you NEED their permission!
- If your commission is private, you must state so before commissioning me, so that I know not to share any WIPs or such!
- My work times are different all around, anything from a few days to a few weeks if I've got time, or even months if I am busy IRL. If I take a really long time (at least 2 months) feel free to DM me to ask me for updates. That being said, I take my time with commissions (mostly due to irl situations), please respect that! <3
- Everything that's commissioned is drawn in my own style. I don't do adaptation.
- If you want me to use certain visual references, unless free for use for the purpose of commissions, understand that I can't copy them very much and will have to change them to not reflect the original piece.
- You may repost your commission and credit me
- I can post the finished commission or WIPs if I want to anywhere (unless stated differently by the commissioner beforehand); that said I also have all right to take down any commission piece at any time for any reason I wish, off of my account and if I ask you to do the same on your account you must comply (the commissioner does NOT have a say in this and this is under VERY special circumstances which I doubt will ever happen.)
- Be 18+ years of age! If I figure out you are under 18, the piece you commissioned will be deleted and if I am working on the commissions, you will NOT get a refund. You will also be blocked and you will be put on a public blacklist!
*Keep in mind not everything I draw is solely because I enjoy it, I do commissions because I need money, not for personal pleasure. |
