*BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE LISTED BELOW*

Terms are subject to change at any time.

1. General

● 1.1 - Commissioner will provide a clear visual reference for their character. I do not work from written descriptions.
● 1.2 - I hold a zero tolerance policy for harassment. Harassment will block you from commissioning in the future.
● 1.3 - I have the right to deny a commission if I am not comfortable with it.
● 1.4 - Prices listed on my commission sheet are base prices. More complicated designs, poses, and additional body parts may be subject to an additional charge.
● 1.5 - You must be 18+ to order a commission from me.

2. Payment

● 2.1 - I accept payment in USD ($).
● 2.2 - Full payment must be received before I start on your commission.*
● 2.3 - *Payment plans may be used for purchases over $200.
● 2.4 - I mainly use PayPal but we can discuss this if PayPal is not an option for you.
● 2.5 - You have 48 hours to send payment after getting a commission slot. If payment is not received, the commission slot will be opened back up to other buyers.

3. Process

● 3.1 - WIPs will automatically be sent for pieces costing $50 or more during the sketch phase. You may request WIPs for all commissions besides sketches (due to fast turnaround time).
● 3.2 - WIPs will be watermarked.
● 3.3 - Please request any desired changes during the sketch phase. Any changes after this phase may incur an additional charge depending on how big the change is.
● 3.4 - Deadlines are variable and subject to queue size. If you need your commission quickly, it may incur a rush charge. Please give me at least a week to complete your commission.

4. Copyright and Usage

● 4.1 - I retain the rights to all commissions I produce.
● 4.2 - I have the right to use commissioned work to:
- Promote my art on any website or at any convention
- Use as commission examples
- Post on social media accounts
- Publish collections of my art with
● 4.3 - The commissioner is allowed to:
- Post the commissioned works on social media with proper credit
- Print for personal use only
- Use the commissioned art to promote their characters as long as credit is provided
● 4.4 - Private commissions will incur a +50% fee. With private commissions, both me and the commissioner agree not to post the artwork.

5. Refund/Cancellation Policy

● 5.1 - I have the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund at any time. However, I try to avoid this as much as possible.
● 5.2 - Once I have started on your commission you may not request a refund. You are allowed to cancel your commission if payment has not been sent yet.
● 5.3 - If you issue a chargeback for a commission, you agree to revoke your right to the commissioned art and I have the right to sell it to new buyers. You will also be banned from commissioning in the future. If a chargeback occurs accidentally PLEASE let me know as soon as possible and we will discuss.

● NSFW (human genitalia)
● Soft BDSM
● Cute/loving couples
● Neutral/muted color palettes (But I will work with all color palettes!)

Content Restrictions (things I will not draw):

● Feral characters in any NSFW or suggestive situation
● Any of these kinks: non-consensual, incest, vore, underage (or anything related to it such as diapers, etc), any fetish to do with bodily functions besides standard sexual fluids, or torture/extreme gore
● Genitalia resembling animal genitalia (only exception is for tentacles if they are not attached to a feral animal)
● Excessive weight (I do not currently feel I have the ability to draw this successfully, chubby is fine!)
● If you have a question related to these restrictions, feel free to reach out to me to discuss. However, the listed restrictions are firm.
