Terms of sevice When commissioning, you have read and you agree with the terms of service stated below. If there’s an infraction of any of these rules, I have the right to decline your commission.
- Any ill behaviour is not tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
- Payment is always after the piece is finished. All sales are final.
- The currency accepted is EUROS. If you live outside of Europe, worry not! We will use a currency converter to determine the price. The method of payment is through Paypal.
- Work in Progress of the commission will be handed frequently, especially if I’m wondering something about it.
- The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as: Health, complexity, Work, school or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
- It is your responsibility to tell me specifically what you want, so please be clear when describing the contents of your commission. Once the piece is finished, I do not allow any big changes to be made (such as the pose or the outfit).
- Only the artist knows what their art is worth. If you decide to argue about the pricing with me I will not do business with you.
- You are not allowed to edit my artwork (like removing a watermark, etc).
- I WILL DRAW: General and mature themed art. Any species, any body type.
- I WON’T DRAW: Political or religious propaganda. Some fetishes (please discuss this with me).
FAIR USE POLICY
- Akeela holds every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, if I wish, I’m allowed to post the commission, to promote myself, on any platform or website.
- My art is my intellectual property. You cannot make a profit out of it, for example, including it in merchandise and selling it.
- The commissioner is allowed to:
- utilise the art for personal benefit.
- print the art and claim the characters represented, but not the drawing itself.
- reupload the drawing with credit given to the artist.
- The commissioner may also, if desired, use the work as part of a reference or crop it for an icon.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- I will do everything I can to satisfy the customer's needs.
- You have the right to cancel the commission UNLESS THE ARTWORK IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS. If the piece is being drawn, you can no longer cancel your order, even if you haven’t paid for it yet. So please, make sure you can afford my art before you commission me.
- You are not allowed to complain, redo, or get a refund for commissioned artwork.
- I am not responsible for deleted or missing commissions.
