	Terms of service Payment: - Payment is taken through Paypal invoices. - First come first served. - If you're not first in queue , you need to wait. I'll Inform you via Telegram or Discord that I'm ready to start with your commission. - I don't take payment upfront If I not ready to work with your commission at the moment. By taking a commission slot, you taking a place In queue. - When commission is confirmed I accept 100% prepayment or 50% before sketch and 50% after it. - I will start after payment is received. - You must be over 18 years old to order a NSFW commission - My commissions are not for commercial use. Refunds: - Sketches comms are not refundable - If the art is on the stage after sketch it's non refundable Characters and References: - Please provide a digital reference (No shading preferred) - I need a fullbody colored piece to be used as a ref. I cannot work with headshot if you want to commission a fullbody. - I won't copy other styles. - I won't work with written descriptions of a character unless it is for a custom character design. - (Commissions) Clothing does not include an extra fee unless it's very complex. I will draw: - SFW/NSFW - OC's - Fan art - Furry - Human / Humanoids - Anthro - Couples (straight, gay, lesbian, etc) - Soft gore I can try: - Soft fetishes (paws, shibari etc) - Feral - Dragons - Ponies - Perspective, buildings (not very complex) I wont draw: - Hard kinks - Rape/Hate Speech, - Minor characters in adult situations - Hyper forms(Muscles,Boobs,Genitals etc) - Mechanical designs - Vehicles !Note that I didn't draw much NSFW content before, so feel free to ask for changes during sketch stage! Deadlines: - Sketch 4-10 days - Lineart + color 5-12 days - Full Render 15-25 days - Complex background +3-6 days The client non-response time is not included in the deadline. If customer do not reply on sketch wip during 48 hours, I assume that no changes needed and continue to work further. Communication: - Usually I send sketch wip, line + color wip and then a final piece. If you want more wips, just ask! - Please, do not force me to make my work faster - Communicate politely. Sometimes I cannot understand something and may ask again to clarify details since english is not my native language. Editing: - Please don’t edit, crop or remove things from my work. - You cannot claim artwork as your own - If I missed something I'll add that detail for free - If you decide to change something on finished artwork (emotion, clothes color etc) that will cost extra - I will not remove a watermark but I can move it elsewhere. - I may use a rejected sketch pose in future work. - I don't give out files to be edited.
