If you want to order a commission, you must have a reference of your oc. I don't work with only descriptions. At least you need to have a picture of another oc, who doesn't look different from yours.
I don't draw humans/horses/robots/armored creatures/backgrounds with cities and interior. I'm okay with drawing vore, soft, anal, penis vore and paw absorption. May make an exception for disposal vore but it depends. Won't draw any type of vore with kids, no child porn, no suggestive content with cubs and no fecals/urina tasting (peeing is fine as long as it is described as "morning routine" but no drinking it!).
I can refuse to draw a commission for you If you have a bad reputation; If I don't like your character; If I don't like your manners of speaking or you behave toxic.
Please, use no slang. English isn't my native language.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
- PayPal finally works in my country, so payment can be via it. Other options can be discussed personally, if PayPal is not working for you.
Payment must be sent within 48 hours after we have discussed all the details of your future commission or after I finished the sketch. Payment plan can be discussed too.
- DON'T FORGET TO PAY THE TRANSFER FEE. For the commission which costs 10$, I shall receive 10$.
The price for the commission itself doesn't include the transfer fee. If you choose the option to pay 50% of price at the beginning and other 50% after I draw a half of the picture, you will have to pay the fee twice.
- In case when you refuse to pay me after the sketch is done, I will make a ych out of this sketch.
- If you decide to cancel the order I will refund you the money:
* I would send you 100% out of amount if I didn't start the work.
* 70% - If I had a sketch
* 50% - If I had a line artwork
* 40% - If I had a line with flat colours
* 20% - If I finished the background and just shading left to be done
The information above is actual for my sticker/line artworks. For my reference artwork situation is a bit different:
I won't make a refund if I drawn the lines and flat colours
60% - If the sketches are done
30% - If the lines are done
- I won't do anything to unfinished work after you ask me to return part of your money back. Whatever the unfinished work is (sketch/lines/lines with flat colours) I will send it to your email.
- If you refuse to pay after the sketch, the sketch with your oc and idea of the pose will be re-selled.
- In case of the refund I don't pay the transfer fee(!)
I try to draw commissions in order of queue. Working with deadlines is fine for me. Feel free to ask me about fresh WIPs whatever you want (but not every day please xD, at least once per 3-4 days)
Unfortunately I often suffer from headaches and health problems might happen, so I may not be working everyday.
If you wait your commission too long I'll draw a small gift for you.
If you order an artwork and say that I can work without deadline, I will work on your commission as long as I find it necessary, but no longer than 3-4 months.
In case when you urgently need a commission and you don't want to wait too long, you can pay 40% of the commission amount and I will focus only on your order. Approximately I need 2-3 days to finish simple sticker artwork, 4-5 days for lineart or reference sheet and 7 days to finish detailed illustration.
Ordering a commission with a character that don't belong to you or to your close friend, please get the permission from its owner!
If you order a b-day gift or a commission-surprise for your friend/bro/bellowed person and don't want me to upload the artwork to galleries till the certain date, just notify me right after I start working on your commission.
EXTRA PAYMENTS
* If your character is too complicated and overdetailed, the price will be increased by 10-30%
* You have to pay for the additional edits. Actually, I don't mind editing the artwork on a certain stages of progress as many times as needed as I'm in a good mood and you politely ask me about it. But! If you start taking it for granted, asking for too many unnecessary corrections (claws 5% longer, no, 3% shorter now, ah, 5% longer again, now perfect), asking about re-editing the same part for several times or instead of writing a short list of "what to edit" you waist my time with editing different parts by the piece and then searching for what to edit next etc, I will become tired. And as soon as I got tired, I'll warn you about limited edits. From that moment you will have an opportunity to ask for edits for 3 times. Also I won't return to correct the sketch or the lines for free, for example, when I am on the next stage. 5-7% for each unarranged edit.
If I was inattentive and accidentely made a mistake, I would correct it for free.
* If you need the artwork right now and you can't wait, you can pay 40% and I will focus only on your order.
* If you need corrections to text notes/color changes on reference I drew for you a time ago - 5-20% of the commission ammount.
* Additional versions of artwork - 5-40% depending on how much I need to add/redraw.
* Want to use my artwork for commercial purposes - let's discuss it personally.
COPYRIGHT
For customers:
* I retain all the rights to my artwork. I reserve the right to use the created art at own discretion and for uploading it to all my galleries. Customer and their intellectual properties will be credited.
* Customer may reupload and use the artwork in any non-commercial manner as long as credit to an author is made.
* Customer can modify my artwork a bit and can print the picture for personal use.
* I can send to customer artwork without my sign. But it is only for personal use! Please, do not upload it to your gallery and do not publish it anywhere else.
For other people:
* I forbid to modify my artwork. No cropping, don't use filters to spoil my art!
* If you want to upload my work to your gallery, please credit me.
* Translation of my comic artwork is fine as long as you credit me.
* Please, do not re-upload my patreon exclusive stuff(fanart, dakimakuras, lineart bases etc), to other socials and galleries! Be respectful. |
