	Commission TOS GENERAL Commissioners must be 18+ to submit a form. Commissioners must be able to provide at least 1 fully coloured accurate illustration reference of their character. By commissioning me you understand that I will draw your character in my own style, and will not make an effort to copy or emulate the style of another artist. PAYMENTS Full payment must be made before work on a piece can be started, unless alternate arrangements have been made. Payments are listed and charged in CAD, the converted amount will reflect in your bank statements. Payments are to be made through the invoicing service Square, e-transfer, or through VGen. REVISIONS Revisions are limited to 2 passes, and cannot be made after the shading stage has started. "Wing-It" commissions will not allow for revisions, unless mistakes have been made on my part. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY I will update and message commissioners about possible delays, but please be aware that if there is a delay on your end I will not be able to promise timely delivery. There is a "rush fee" option for those on tighter deadlines. USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Art commissioned from me is for personal use ONLY. Any artwork intending to be used for commercial use will be subject to a fee in order to gain the rights to use and/or distribute my artwork. The use of any art commissioned, by either individual or company, for use in NFT/Blockchain/Crypto/AI is strictly prohibited. REFUNDS Refunds cannot be given if work on the piece has already started. Partial refunds (up to 50%) will only be given in the case of extenuating circumstances. COMMUNICATION I promise to maintain communication through the commissioning process, and expect the same of all my commissioners.
