Terms of ServiceRoy's Writing 📝 and Drawing 🖊 Commissions ~ Terms of Services:
BY PURCHASING MY SERVICES, you agree to the following conditions. These are not negotiable and failure to comply may result in cancelation of your order, or even blacklisting.
⚪️ I reserve the right to refuse your order without justification.
⚪️ Any personal information exchanged during the transaction process (email, names, pictures, addresses, etc) will not be redistributed or sold to third parties under any circumstance.
⚪️ All commissions are subject to complexity fees, regardless of advertised price. These fees, if present, will be discussed during negotiations.
⚪️ Time to work for the queue goes mostly in order. I try to abide by this, as it's only fair for the ones higher on the list to get their stuff first. However, if I find it hard to work on something I might jump over for a little while to one that is holding my interest better. Hopefully to prevent burnout. I don't feel right giving someone something that I didn't give my all on, so forcing myself to finish something just to have it done is something I'd like to avoid, both for my sanity and to ensure you are completely happy with what I give you.
⚪️ I retain all copyrights on my stories/artwork including distribution, reproduction or use in self-promotion (but not commercial use, unless agreed upon.) This also applies to any rejected commissions.
⚪️ You may upload the commissioned piece on your own website with credit and link. Personal use is allowed, and for artwork you may reuse them for icons, themes, graphics etc.
⚪️ You may not claim the work as your own or resell my work.
⚪️ Commercial works can be discussed at the start of payment, I do allow some works to be used for commercial projects but need to know the scope of a project beforehand.
GENERAL RULES:
⚪️ I accept payment via Paypal invoices/Money Requests.
⚪️ All prices are in USD.
⚪️ Slots open in availability by journal announcement only. Included with them will be a form to submit. They may also be available during livestreams, in which case will be opened through the Picarto commission system
⚪️ Upon slots being filled, the form will close, and I will no longer be accepting commissions until the next journal
⚪ You will receive a WIP shots or rough drafts throughout the process of the commission. It's during these times you should bring up any changes you feel need to be implemented for the commission. Within reason I will try to correct mistakes made, however if the changes are substantial, I may refuse to continue without compensation, or recommend a refund then. Substantial changes are dependent on a commission by commission basis, I will clearly inform you if something is too much and give options on how to continue.
⚪ If doing a story commission. Understand that I will have personal bias when it comes to creating your story, and so it may have some variation or inconsistencies with your character. I will try to work with you to correct some of these problems during drafting stages, however if it gets too much I may refuse to continue and recommend you write the story yourself.
⚪ Refund Policy: I will do to the best of my ability the work rendered in a reasonable amount of time, usually agreed upon between the client and me. More often than not, the commission will take only a week or two to complete. If however no work or progress has been made after a two week period, and we have been unable to come up with an agreement or extension, by all means ask for a refund. I will then try to the best of my abilities to work with you to issue a refund as soon as possible.
