TOS
1.) WIPs will be given whenever asked by the customer, they will have a watermark over them since some have attempted to steal my WIPs.
2.) I will provide WIPs if I have a question concerning your commission.
3.) Your commission may take a reasonable amount of time based on many factors such as: my work schedule (job and commission queue), my mental and physical health, complexity of commissions, etc.
general
1.) By commissioning me in any way, you agree to all of my T.O.S and rules.
2.) If any rules are broken, your commission will be canceled and you may be possibly blacklisted.
3.) I have the right to decline your commission without reason or explanation.
4.) I have the right to change my T.O.S at any time (commissions made before these changes may not apply to these changes based on what they are).
5.) Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission may be canceled
Payment Information & Refunds
1.) Payment must be paid complete before I start or after a rough wip sketch is made, I will not continue until payment is made.
2.) Once I have finished/passed the rough sketch, refunds will not be granted unless I feel they are warranted and reasonable.
3.) If your commission was canceled based on ill behavior, refunds may or may not be given.
4.) If you file a charge back against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.
5.) If a charge back is made against me, you will be blacklisted. Your name will be blacklisted wherever I want as a beware for any artists or any peoples.
6.) I have all rights over any money paid to me
Changes and Satisfaction
1.) I will do whatever I can to make customers happy.
2.) After a commission is finished, small changes can be made such as small color/marking changes.
3.) Any big changes such as outfit changes, background changes ( in complex background orders ), or anything that requires I redraw a large portion or all of the commission will be an extra charge.
4.) Please provide me a clear reference and what you want in your commission
Copyright and Usage Policies
1.) I, as the artist, have every right to any produced art pieces, not the commissioner.
2.) I am allowed to use any copyrighted art piece to promote myself in any place and site, to display anywhere of my liking and post wherever I want.
3.) The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise, print the art, claim the right of the character(s) but not the artwork itself, use the art to promote themselves with proper given to me, the artist.
Any of the following is considered copyright infringement.
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off of any of my art), taking credit for the creation of my work, removing/altering any watermarks/signatures without my, the artist’s, consent. |
