Terms of commissionBy commissioning, you agree to the terms below, just some minor stuff to protect my rights as an artist, and rules for commission.
With commissioning, The Artist (me), reserves the full right to the creative property (The Work), which includes distribution, credit, profit, and merchandising* of The Work. You may not sell, distribute, or merchandise without The Artist’s permission. You may not edit, or claim creative property of The Work.
*Intellectual property as far as original characters and fan characters, remain solely in the hands of the original creator and The Artist cannot merchandise or otherwise profit beyond the commission, unless given permission by the creator.
The Artist lays no claim in a commission to intellectual property (The Character), which remains solely in the hands of the original creator, or the copyright.
The Artist reserves the right to deny any commission; in such an event, a full refund will be provided if applicable.
In the event that The Artist approves of redistribution of The Work (reposting), full credit must remain with The Artist, and The Work must link back to them. |

When commissioning, be sure to include in the email
What it is
Provide a reference if required (oc, fan character, scene)
Be detailed so I know what you want and I have more to work with
Include what type of commission you want (sketch, full colour, icon, etc.)
For commission types that have multiple styles (sketches), specify which style.
What sort of background you want if any
You may ask to see sketches and development for higher tier commissions
When the commission is complete, I will email, send, or dropbox the finished product and give you the link; for commissioned pieces, when I upload them here, they will be watermarked and you will have the clean version.
