Purchasing a commission or YCH you accept that you've read Terms of
Service and agree with them

RULES:

- You can contact me via notes, email or discord
- I work with PayPal invoices only
- USD only
- Full pre-payment
- Payment must be made within 48 hours, after taken commission or YCH slot
- I work ONLY with character reference sheets, not descriptions, please
- I'll not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment
- Payment plans available for 200$+
- I don't do fixes when work was finished: i don't take a responsibility if you forgot to ask for corrections before (but you can still try to ask me if that little change I can make)
- The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)
- If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote
- Please tell me if you need specific image size/do it for a print. I don't work with high resolutions and usually do art only for web

REFUNDS:

- After approval of the sketch I don't return the payment
- If you do a refund of your payment without any reasons when your commission was finished (trying to scam me) you'll be blocked

I DRAW:

- Anthro SFW and NSFW art
- MLP
- Fan-art
- F+M, F+F, M+M couples
- Some fetishes (ask me)
- Light guro

I DON'T DRAW:

- Humans
- Feral
- Most of fetishes
- Mechanisms, robots and etc
- Hyper fat & hyper muscular
- Sparkles

SURCHARGE:

- Complex wings (individually)
- Very rare and difficult species (individually)
- Private order +20%
- Commercial order +100%

LEAD TIMES:

- For sketch commissions on average 2-3 days for one character
- For simpleshaded commissions on average 3-5 days for one character
- For fullshaded commissions 1-2 weeks for one character

The terms are indicated with a dry count, if I work every day for 6-8 hours
You should also take into account your place in the queue and possible unplanned circumstances such as my illness, overwork, urgent matters, which I will always inform you about
All orders are executed in turn order

The default deadline for a picture with one character is 2 months
The rest is discussed personally
