TOS

1.Do not use my art for any commercial stuff, if you want to, ask me beforehand.
2.Do not resell, trace or steal my art. Do not remove my signature/watermark. If you want to post it anywhere, give proper credit (link to my instagram, deviantart or toyhouse). Do not copy my designs or characters.
3.If your commission takes more time than usual, the price will go up. The commission prices are for my standard worktime. If you want to change major stuff after you accepted the sketch, you also need to pay more since it's more work for me. The price for additional hour of work is 8usd.
4.You can use my art as tattoo designs, but not without my permission, ask me when you want to use it and which one exactly.
5.I won't draw anything that's against Polish law.
6.I do not draw NSFW, fetish or sexual themes. Fluff like kissing, hugging is alright.
7.If your design is inappropriate or too complicated for me to do I might turn down your commission.
8.If your commission has elements I'm not familiar with, or are out of my usual style I might charge more since learning a new skill is also counted into worktime.
