 General:

• You may send notes to start the contact, or send me an email to pomegranategoldenseeds@outlook.com.
• After the commission details have been agreed upon and the payment has been done, i’ll start the piece(s) and will reach out for you to approve the sketch or make the changes needed.
• You may ask for WIP’s, i’m totally comfortable having constant communication. (Please do not overdo it by messaging daily).
• The piece may take from a week to up to three months maximum, taking in account the complexity of said piece, my health and such factors, and any emergency shall be notified in a timely manner if it’s the case.
• You have the right to three modifications for a piece. Really big changes made due to a lack of detail in description, and getting to a fourth modification will have an extra fee. Important modifications can only be done at the sketch phase.
• You may ask any questions you have, i’m always happy to respond! 
Details needed:

• The commission type for the piece
• Visual references for characters, even those that are meant to be original and have not been drawn before, i’ll need colors, pictures, descriptions, etc. A reference sheet is preferred.
• Important information to take into account for the piece.
• Your email (to send WIP’s, questions, and/or send the invoice.
Payment:

• All payments Will be made through paypal, in dollars.
I work full pre-payment, when under $300. Any order above that can be paid through payment plans. (The payment must be fulfilled whithin three months).
• The payment shall be done by me sending the invoice.
• Some pieces might include an extra cost, depending on the level of complexity that they require, a tight deadline that may be needed by the client, or more than four modifications done to the piece. Such costs will be discussed.
• Refunds and cancellations are posible, if the work on the piece has not started yet to that point, or if there hasn’t been any payment done.
Rights:

• Commissions are for personal use only. Usage rights (for example, commercially) will vary and affect the price, depending on the agreement.
• All rights for the finished piece remain with the artist, if the client would rather keep the commission private, it’ll have to be stated. Otherwise i may use it for my social media and publishing in general.
