Terms of Service I. GENERAL TERMS
Write clearly and consider a positive temperament
References must be provided with clear details
Do not exceed a paragraph or two of text
Reading my Preferences and Standards is required before commissioning
Unprofessional behavior of any kind will be recorded and will conclude in the canceling of your commission
May or may not be refunded depending on treatment
Disregard of rules required for raffles, YCHs, adoptions, or auctions will not be tolerated and will result is refusing your business
If ToS are violated, I have the right to decline or resign from your commission
II. PAYMENT
All commissions are paid in full upfront, either virtually or by cash
Unless client is eligible for payment plan
No currency other than real payment directly through banks will be accepted
i.e. DA Points, Crypto currency, giftcards
Payments are only allowed through PayPal, Cash App, or by cash
Checks are not accepted
2 Month Payment Plan is strictly based of its providing rules
There will be no acceptance to late payment
Late payment will result in nuking the commission
The client will be given a 2 week warning after pay date is missed.
III. PROCESS
Work In Progress snippets will only be provided to any commission over $30
Any and all commissions equal to or more than $20 will be recorded in Commission Queue
Commissions more than $30 may have a wait time up to 3-6 months. Some factors to delay may be from:
health complications, queue line, complexity, life events, work schedule, school interference, family business, vacation status, or personal recouping.
If a commission takes longer than 6 months to complete, a refund may be issued as an apology settlement.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
As a reputable and honest artist, my first goal to your experience is a real friendship with quality in both our business, relationship, and my products
Once a commission is completed small changes can only be allowed
Color changes, small markings, anatomical disfigurement, etc.
Any changes greater than listed above, and have not been made aware during the commission process, will be charged in full. This includes:
a new subject/item, an outfit change, additional limbs, etc.
If reference violated General Terms, any changes to finalized piece, without any prior knowledge or catching of the mistake, will be charged in full for editing the piece.
When purchasing and contacting, please be absolutely clear about your character and concept.
If there is constant and dramatic changes to the process of the commission, I have the right to decline and refund your commission as a violation to General Terms.
