Terms of ServiceTOS
Hey there! Here’s a spot for me to lay down some baseline rules, for both of us, and tell you a little bit about the process of my art. This is pretty barebones to start with, so I’ll most likely be making changes as we go along.
Rules:
1. Do not edit my art. If you’ve bought an adoptable, or any other form of commission from me and would like changes, just let me know! I’d be happy to make them, within reason.
2. Do not watermark my art as your own. Generic watermarks, ie, the ones that say “toyhou.se”, or “Deviantart”, are okay. Please do not watermark the pieces I make for you with one that says “yournameart”, or “artbyyourname”.
General policies:
1. You must be 18+ to commission or purchase NSFW.
2. You can upload the art I make for you wherever you like! Just please do give credit.
3. I will generally be uploading the commissions I complete for you to my gallery and/or twitter, unless you request otherwise. This is a change from my previous policy, under which I asked permission to upload after each commission. That created a lot of extra notes for folks to reply to, and often miss, so this should be a bit more straightforward for everyone involved.
4. You cannot sell my art as stickers/totebags/etc unless otherwise pre-arranged.
5. I am willing to work with you if payment needs to be delayed for some reason or another, but please communicate with me, and let me know that there is a problem.
6. I handle will draw/won’t draws on a case-by-case basis. The exceptions are a pretty short list: I will not draw diapers, extreme guro, NSFW cub, snuff, or humans.
Queue Policies
1. You may only take one slot per queue at a time (For example, one blind bag and one flat price at the same time would be fine), but I am more than happy to add you back into the queue once your commission(s) are complete if you'd like more.
2. I allow 2 commissions per slot.
3. YCH slots do not follow the above rules.
Adopt policies:
1. You can make changes to their designs! Just please do it in your own art, and do not edit the ref sheets or images that I make for you.
Art Process:
1. Generally speaking, you’ll be placed on either the queue or waitlist. The queue is my dedicated list of commissions I intend to complete. The waitlist is a list of names I contact when slots open up on the queue; both are handled on a first come, first served basis.
2. Once you’re first up on the queue, I’ll note you to see what you’d like me to draw. We work out the details, and I get working on it!
3. For standard commissions, there are generally four watermarked WIPs: Sketch, lines, color, and completion. You can request changes, within reason, at any of these stages.
4. Once the art is completed, I give you my payment information, you send payment, and once it is received, I send the art your way.
5. Because the image hosting service I use for my images (imgur) has been known to have bouts of poor image quality, I also offer copies sent by email as well. |
