	Terms of Service •Process• • Once your commission is accepted Payment will be requested; I WILL NOT START ON THE COMMISSION TELL IT IS PAYED IN FULL. • Once it is payed I will get started on the commission. •General Info• •My preferred method of communication is via Note •When you send me the details of your commission please include a reference of your character and any minor details because it is your responsibility to provide me with all necessary information for your commission. If you fail to give me certain details. ( Ex. Cock Color, Eye Color, and etc. ) • I WILL NOT look in your gallery for your character, You MUST have an official reference sheet I can work off of. Secondlife Pics / Non Official ref sheets will gain a fee via complication of character. • Customers that give me multiple images for reference photos will also be given a fee, as I will have to save and or look through all photos for differences as well as similarities which can be a huge hindrance on the artist. If you do not have a ref, I can easily discount one for you. •Please no written descriptions. If there is no visual reference, I will not accept the commission. [apart from references, ask for more details] • once you send payment and info i will start the commission. • once completed I will not make any edits unless by my own fault. • Piercings and other such things are considered Add Ons and will need a fee • I DO NOT WORK ON SUNDAYS ( Those are my personal days ! ) • Species I will not draw • - Angel Dragons / Dutch Angel Dragons - Protogens. •Payment• USD ONLY No E-Checks Payment must be made in FULL before I start your commission. •Refunds• - Refunds will and can take up to 2 weeks to send out. If I cannot start your commission for whatever reason or you cancel it before I started you will be refunded in full payment. [minus fees] I have the right to refuse work, if I cancel your commission you will be refunded in full. If you cancel your commission after work has already been started you will receive a partial refund. Artwork is non-refundable once complete. •Deadlines• I do accept rush orders but fees may vary. Artwork can take up to 1 month to do ( If you have not received your artwork after 1 month, Please contact me for further WIP. Till then PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME about the commission. Please give me time, The more you message me asking for updates, the longer it takes. •My Rights• I have the right to refuse any work, for any reason. Without explaining said reason. [though I most likely will anyway] I have the right to post and copy my work, even if it is copyright of your character. You CANNOT remove any signatures I place on your art. •Your Rights• You have the right to repost any commission I have done for you to your gallery's as well as edit, crop, add text, and alter the commission as long as you credit me as the artist. An my signature is still visible. You have the right to print your commission and make copies, put the design on a shirt, blanket, poster or anything else FOR YOURSELF. Please do not try and make money off my work. You CANNOT remove any signatures I place on your art. ^ You're responsible for reading my Terms of Service, by purchasing a commission from me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.
