I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Most commissions will be done in 3-5 days unless otherwise stated. I do have a job and a I do a lot of things in my spare time, so I'll usually communicate which day I'll be working on your commission as well as an estimated time of completion.

Slots: I'll always be open unless otherwise stated. I have 5 open slots at a time, and once one is completed, another slot will open up. If you'd like to be put on a waiting list, I will contact you when a slot becomes available to see if you are still interested.

Payment: Payment is done upfront as soon as you say you're interested in a slot and we agree on what you want. Anyone on the waiting list does not pay until they have been contacted and have agreed to take a slot.

Refunds: If for some reason I haven't started on the commission and you wish for a refund, you will be refunded the whole price. If I have started, you will be refunded a percentage based on the work I've completed and will be given the non-finished image.

Changes: If I miss markings or pieces of the character design in the reference you have given me, I will happily make the change for you up to 3 times.
If you give me complete and total artistic freedom and you don't like how it came out, changes will come at an up-charge. If you want something specific, please say so.

Things I wont do: Scat, vore, watersports, babyfurs, inflation, most extreme fetishes. If you ask for something I don't feel comfortable with, I'll let you know.
