Terms of Service
By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
We retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.
By ordering NSFW (not safe for work) stuff you confirm that you are at least 18 and order it for private use.
I WILL DRAW:
★ Any species (human included)
★ Characters of any sex and gender
★ Straight, gay, lesbian, queer etc. couples and groups
★ Weapons
★ Soft fetishes (ask if unsure)
I WON'T DRAW:
★ Underage characters in sexual situations
★ Extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)
★ Vore
★ NSFW
IMPORTANT INFO:
★ I WON'T work with character without reference sheets or pictures of them. Text description is possible only in character design commission.
★ If you have references of desired pose, outfit or background - it will be really helpful for me
★ In every type of commission some body parts can be cropped for the sake of composition. If it’s necessary to have your character fully visible - tell me
HOW TO MAKE A COMMISSION REQUEST
If you decided to purchase a commission - send me your application that contains information below:
★ What type of commission are you interested in (headshot, halfbody, fullbody)
★ How many characters you want to see
★ Type of background (simple or detailed)
★ Describe your idea (if you choose artistic freedom, please at least describe your character, reference needed)
★ Send me your PayPal (payment via invoice)

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:★ Paypal USD only.
★ Payments are taken up front and must be done within 48 hours after claiming a slot.
★ If a commission is canceled for any reason, i will refund the money minus the amount for which work has already been done.
★ Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.
WORKFLOW:
★ I don't accept deadlines of any kind.
★ I don't necessary work in order the slots were taken. But I keep that order in mind.
★ I will provide you a sketch for approval. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge. After the sketch is approved, I will only fix my own mistakes - if something doesn't fit the provided description or character reference.
★ If provided was rejected for some reason - I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in other work.
★ If you want to see WIPs of any stage of your commission - tell me.
★ When the work is done, I will send you the high-resolution file and a preview for web use. If you want to publish the image online, please use the watermarked version and give me a proper credit.
RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE:
★ I reserve the right to use final image in artbooks, as prints, on patreon etc. In case I do - on all pictures used in this manner I will include the name of the character and its owner.
★ You can use web version of work in any non-commercial manner. You can edit it to use as icon, banner, etc. Credit or link back are appreciated.
★ In case you want to keep a commission private, or would not want it to be used anywhere - please let me know right in the request.
