Through commissioning me you are agreeing to sending payment in exchange for goods, in this case scenario, art.
Commissioning me means you are accepting all of the following rules without exception.

-As an artist I will always try to the best of my ability to deliver my standard or above quality in a reasonable time frame, to assure that this can happen though, the commissioner must also be willing to fill certain requirements. Understand that as a student I first and foremost cannot afford to spend every waken moment on commissions, this delicate balance should be respected and while you are allowed to ask for an estimated due time, leave some understanding that it may take some time.

- I try to deliver everything within 2-4 weeks after purchase, although sometimes this can be stunted.

- You are also agreeing to the fact that I will not budge on refunds, I have multiple expenses I must cover, and this is my primary form of earning currencies. I ask for payment, yes, prior to the beginning of the piece, and while it's still in the sketch phase a commissioner CAN receive a 50% refund. After the sketch has received the nod to continue to lineart, refunds are unable to be given.

- I REFUSE TO ALTER MY STYLE. no. i will not change the way i draw my hands- I will not butcher the way I do anatomy. Please do not ask me to do this.

- Aside from all of these, also have the handy information that I can reject any commission someone inquires about, while this has never happened in my time of selling art I must put this as a pre-caution.
