Adoptable TOS
By adopting anything from me, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
1. You may repost any adopt bought, but credit must be given back to me at either my adopt account here, or my main FA [chibiwings].
2. You may make small changes, including small color shifts, marking, hair, name, gender changes, etc--but please don't make drastic design alterations.
3. If you have paid in full for your adopt, you may resell/gift/trade it, but not for more than the original price [and currency] paid unless you are including extra commissioned art [at the value of the artwork done. Free artwork does not count.] with it. If you have traded for your adopt, I would prefer ONLY trading for it, no money may be exchanged with a traded adopt. If you have been gifted an adopt by someone, or given a free adopt, you may ONLY regift/give it away. If you are the new owner of a free adopt you may NOT sell them for ANY reason. You may gift or trade again, but under no circumstances may you receive profit from them.
4. If you sell, trade, or gift an adopt by me you MUST note me telling me who the new owner is! I like to keep track of things just in case something goes wrong.
5. I do not do any refunds for any flat priced adopts! I am quite sorry if you end up changing your mind about an adopt, but that is not my fault. After payment has been received you are the owner of the adopt. I will only do partial refunds on custom adopts/reference sheets depending on how much work I have gotten done on them and if I have gone over 6 months time in completing them. I will edit whatever I have worked on up to 3 times to attempt to make you happy with your purchase but after this it is final. Completion of your ref sheet/custom adopt means the transaction is final and I will issue no money back if all work has been completed.
Very rarely will I do holds, so payment must be ready up front. Most of the time I will hold only if half of the adoptable is paid for beforehand.
May possibly do trades of artwork ONLY in return for adopts and customs.
Violating of these TOS will run the risk of me repossessing the adoptable without refund.
