0. The Terms of Service are subject to change at any time and for any reason.
a. The TOS that was instituted when a design or commission was purchased continues to apply to that design. A copy of the TOS will be included with all sold designs and commissions.
b. If it cannot be determined which TOS applied to a design or commission when purchased, the most current version of the TOS will be presumed to apply.
1. If am the one who made the original design, mark me as such when uploading the image to file sharing sites.
a. If someone edits over my drawing, markdown that I made the original work with whoever made the edits as the one who made the edits.
2. I can put any artwork I make into a portfolio at my discretion, as I am the one who made the art.
a. You may not put any art I have made into a portfolio or otherwise claim it as your work, as you did not create it.
3. I cannot sell a design more than once. [without purchasing the design back from the owner at their discretion].
a. I do not have ownership of a design after it has been purchased, but I maintain the creator's rights as the one who created the original design.
4. Any artwork I produce can not be used for commercial uses (assisting in generating ad revenue, a place within media such as a book or video, or used as a mascot for a public group, for example).
a. Any design I have sold can be used by the owner for commercial purposes, but this does not extend to the artwork itself. If you get commercial art from someone else, I withhold no rights to the design except to be credited as the original designer.
b. Commercial rights can be negotiated on a case by case basis depending based on the intended future use of the design and artwork, at my discretion. |

AdoptablesI'm not a fan of drawing bases, so each one will be unique comparatively to each other. I draw on a separate layer from the background, so buyers will receive a version of their adopt with a transparent background [two versions minimum will be received].
Some are going to have very little detail. These are priced at the bare minimum ($20).
Some will only have a clothed/unclothed version. Those will usually be on the cheaper side.
Others have both a clothed and naked version of the character. These are going to be more money. |

Sketch PageA whole pages' worth of sketches! Varies from busts to half bodies in different poses that match up with your description of the character's unique personality. Will include at least four sketches (note: number will vary depending on how much I can fit in a page).
Base price is $30 usd, but I am willing to color one of the sketches on the page for an extra $10 usd. Colored sketch will have full shading and highlights.
