2019-2020 TERMS OF SERVICE
*by sending payment, the commissioner confirms to have read and agreed to these terms of service

Requirements
-Commissioner must be +18 of age for mature pieces. (ID required if suspected underaged)
-Proceedings of both parties must be conducted in a civil and professional manner.
-Reference material: Reference front and back is mandatory if you do not have one two images front and back will suffice. NO DESCRIPTIONS OF CHARACTER WILL BE ACCEPTED.
-Full upfront payment
-Periodic communication with the Artist
-Failure to meet these requirements will result in Denial of Service.

Proceedings
-Contact Artist through "Notes" on Furaffinity, if not, on Twitter CocoFoxStudios
-Client will supply description and references
-Payments are done via Paypal EURO

-Full Payment is required upfront. If the client is to cancel there order before completion. A cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. ( The amount will be calculated in proportion of time/completion of the piece)

-The commissioner will receive the Artist's Telegram Handle for further communication.(Discord Handle if not available).
-The client will receive WIPs (works in progress).
-The client can ask for minor changes to the piece. But none that will dramatically alter the composition of the piece. Specifically at the Sketch and coloring stages.

Ownership
-The Commissioner owns the provided Artwork.
-The Commissioner has the right to edit work commissioned, This includes resizing and cropping.
-Client have rights to re-post/ print/ use their commissioned material for icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format.
-The client may NOT reproduce the work for personal profit.
-Clients retain all rights to their own characters. This does not mean ownership to the copyright to the image. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

-No Time constraints can be applied to the completion, the maximum delay for a commission to be completed to issue a FULL refund is exactly 2 months after payment has been completed/processed.

-If a refund is issued, the Artist reserves the right to deny the commissioner service in the future.

Artist Ownership
-The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, include it in image packs, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print, if the Artist chooses.
-The Artist reserve the right to Showcase Commissioned work on any personal and professional websites and Galleries.
-The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the client for other clients or personal works.

The Work
-Full Size works will be a minimum of 2000px width/length
-Internet friendly sizes will also be given.

Certain themes will NOT BE DRAWN:
Such as EXTREME Fetishes. Make sure to ask if your theme is correct if you are unsure.
