Commission Infoterms:
- I do not consent to having my artwork used without my permission.
- I do not consent to having my artwork used for blockchain related endeavors, such as cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
- My work is non-refundable after completion.
- I do not consent to having my artwork traced or copied without expressed permission.
- I do not consent to having my artwork used in any monetized endeavors (such as branding or merchandise) without expressed permission.
- I do not consent to having commissioned artwork uploaded to other websites without my permission, or the permission of the original commissioner.
- I will begin work on the commission once the sent invoice has been (at minimum) paid half way.
- Failure to pay the invoice at least halfway within 5 days without prior notice will result in a cancellation of the commission.
- Failure to respond to my messages within 5 days without prior notice of absence will result in a cancellation of the commission.
- In the event of a cancellation I will retain a certain amount of payment depending on the work already completed, and refund any remaining money.
- I will reject commissions from the following groups of people if they proclaim themselves online to be as such; homophobes, transphobes, trans exclusionary radical feminists (TERFs), racists, sexists, ableists, xenophobes, zoophiles/"zoosexuals", and "minor attracted people (MAP)"/pedophiles.
rules:
1. You must be 18 years or older to commission explicit sexual or violent artwork from me.
2. PP will be used, real currency only. Favors, artwork, exposure, etc are not acceptable methods of payment.
3. No characters with hyper exaggerated features, such as breasts, muscles, fat, or butts.
4. No filth such as; scat, vomit, urine, etc
5. No fetish content, attempts to fetish mine me (where an artist is commissioned to draw fetish artwork without knowing it's a fetish) will result in a block.
6. No feral NSFW, including centaurs/taurs.
7. No underaged characters, or loli/shota/cub.
8. No rape/non-con.
9. No political commentary.
10. No gratuitous torture or gore. |
