Terms of ServiceBy getting a commission with me, you are agreeing to my terms of service as outlined on the date of payment. Terms of service are valid as soon as payment is completed. Please make sure you read the ToS in its entirety before committing to payment. Please feel free to contact me privately to ask any questions.
TYPES OF WORK ACCEPTED
I WILL DO
Suggestive themes, including tasteful nudity
Teen-rated Violence/Blood
Some NSFW and adult art
Drug/Alcohol use
I WILL NOT DO
Feces, urine, or characters who appear older than 3 years old in diapers.
NSFW art of children or animals, or anything that can be easily misconstrued as a child or animal.
Racist/homophobic/transphobic content, or content that promotes ignorance or violence against any group.
Work for people who wish to remain anonymous. Any art I create for you will be posted with your username as a credit.
Anything that users intend to use as part of the blockchain market and exchange (cryptocurrency, NFT, et cetera).
Work including AI generated image composites, or “AI art”.
I WILL NEGOTIATE
Your weird fetish.
The creation of free-to-use art sheets.
Rights for commercial use of illustrations, logos and symbols.
GENERAL
I reserve the right to refuse to take any commission without explanation.
All commissioners must be 18+. I do not do work for minors, as they cannot legally enter a contract with me.
By commissioning me, the customer understands that no physical copy of any artwork will be shipped. This is a commission for digital services.
I do not do any type of work involving blockchain market and exchange (cryptocurrency, NFT, et cetera). Do not contact me to use my work for blockchain/NFT/cryptocurrency. If I find my work being used for blockchain/NFT/cryptocurrency, I will file a DMCA.
PROCESS
I accept payment by P-yP-l only, and I send invoices. In order to receive an invoice, you must either have a P-yP-l account or a functioning email.
For any inked or fully digital color commissions, a preliminary sketch will be shown to the commissioner before inking. At this point, the commissioner may propose any edits, or request a new sketch, free. However, after the first time, I will start charging $2.00 for each additional sketch. For sketch commissions (colored or otherwise), $5.00 will be added to your total for every new sketch. After this sketch is shown, any progress will stop until full payment is received. If you fail to pay, I reserve the right to repurpose your sketch.
After the sketch is chosen, inking will be done. This inking will be shown to the commissioner before coloring. Any additional comments about small details should be made now. Small changes or corrections can be done for free. Anything large, such as redrawing limbs, backgrounds or multiple features is a $5-10 upcharge.
After the coloring is finished, the commission will be sent to the client for approval. Commission files are available in PNG, Clip Studio Format, or PSD. I reserve the right to withhold non-flattened work files.
REFUNDS
Full refunds are available any time before I have started working on your piece.
Partial refunds are available any time after work has started. Partial refunds are individually determined and are based on the level of completion of the piece.
I reserve the right to stop working and issue a partial refund at any time, for any reason.
USE, COPYRIGHT, OWNERSHIP
Please do not claim my request/trade as your own work.
Please do not edit or modify commissions that you have received from me, with the exception of cropping and/or resizing for creating thumbnails. This includes intentionally cropping out my signature, and paying other artists to color my work. If you want a lineart, and would like to color it yourself, please discuss this with me at the time of purchase.
I ask that you credit me and/or link back to the original picture in my gallery. Please do not post art I have made for other users without their permission, or without crediting me.
All commissions, trades and requests WILL be watermarked, with the exception of convention badges. Aside from convention badges, I do not offer art for others without a watermark.
Commissions may be posted for personal use. This includes the creation of stickers, buttons or other non-commercial uses. Do not sell my work, or derivatives of it such as shirts, buttons, et cetera without my permission. If you sell my work without permission, I will file a DMCA. If you would like to purchase art for commercial use, I ask for a one-time reproduction and commercial use fee on top of the price of the commission. This price is individually determined.
I do not currently sell merchandise of my work featuring other people's original characters with or without permission.
NOTE: These policies are susceptible to change and will be altered accordingly. Clients are subject to the policies that are listed at the time of the start of the transaction.

Reference Sheet$100.00 is the base price for a front/back/side ref with a text box description, color palette, and two expressions and/or accessories.
+$5.00 for each additional expressions or accessories.
+$20.00 design fee applies if no reference exists for the character, or if that character needs many or substantial updates.
+$20.00 complexity fee applies for complicated designs,complicated accessories, wings, or other highly detailed design elements.
Scenic backgrounds and shading are not offered for this commission type.
