Terms Of ServiceGENERAL TERMS
!!!18+ REQUIREMENT!!! In order to commission me for any content, you are required to be 18 years or older. IF a minor is found to be commissioning me, I am not liable it is the Parents and sites responsibility to ensure their minors are monitored, and our rights as artists are protected.
Anyone under the age of 18 will be blacklisted from commissioning me should they attempt to or are found to be a minor after the fact.
Please understand, By ordering a commission from me; CrowFly Productions, you understand and agree to my Terms Of Service. Any attempt to violate my TOS can and most likely will result in being unable to commission me in the future as well as being blacklisted from the use of my work.
I reserve the full right to refuse a commission or Refund without warning, should I feel incapable of completing the order product or simply do not enjoy working with your character it is within my rights to turn down your commission request or refund at any point during the service.
My terms of subject to change, it is your responsibility to keep up to date on my TOS when my artwork is changing hands.
PAYMENT
1) Payment is always in USD and through a direct invoice, that must be paid within 24 hours of ordering a commission.
2) I have the right to cancel a commission if I do not receive payment within 24 hours.
3) Once payment is received, I do not provide refunds after sketch approval. Excessive edits after the sketch will mean an additional charge, I allow 2 free edits, after that I do charge a 2.50$ fee for each additional (Small) edit or 3.50$ for (Large) edits.
4) This should be fairly obvious, but a tip is a tip. If I receive money outside of a commission, it is considered a tip/donation and I do not refund tips or donations. Your money, you're responsible.
5) Should you chargeback a payment you will no longer have access to the commission no matter what state it is currently in. And you will be automatically blacklisted from ordering from me in the future.
6) As of 1/11/2020 I will no longer be accepting payments that are through a prepaid card, or card linked to your paypal. You must have the funds available in your paypal account as this is more secure should I need to refund you.
PROCESS
1) I generally only provide a sketch WIP, once sketch has been approved I continue my work to completion. If you would like each individual step Work in progress it is up to you to inform me of that.
2) I am allotted 2 months to complete a commission before providing any form of refund. However I generally complete commissioned work within 3 days to 2 weeks unless it is a very large project. Please ask for a turn around time estimate upon commissioning me.
3) I keep a visible schedule on my website updated at all times, if you are curious about your commission and its reserved time, please ensure to direct your attention to the respective tab.
USAGE AND COPYRIGHT POLICY
All artwork created by me, CrowFly Products/DespicableCrowButt/CrowFly is rightfully my work, and is only allowed to be used by the client/Commissioner that they, the client ordered. My artwork is in no way free to use unless stated otherwise.
Clients/Commissioners have the right to post artwork they have commissioned from me on any platform aside for, Whirled or Worlize.
Clients/Commissioners are not allowed to use my artwork in anyform of commercial use unless discussed. Commercial use is something that needs to be paid for and I have the right to judge how much that payment will be, in certain cases it will be a 1 time payment or several payments over time or a percentage of what you make depending on what is it you are wanting to do.
Any artwork that is directly designed or created by me requires that you contact me first before allowing it to change hands as of August 5th 2019 and applies to all artwork I have created up to this point. IF you do not receive a message from me within 1 week you are allowed to proceed with the sale or should I ever go on a permanent hiatus or should pass away this term becomes null until I return from my hiatus, should I pass away this term permanent becomes null and void.
You must credit me when reposting my artwork with a direct link back to the page that you ordered the commission from.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
I hold the right to cancel or refund a commission at any point of time, for any reason.
If you cancel a commission after you have approved the sketch I have the right to hold onto 25% of the original value as well as resell the sketch as a your character here. You will not have rights to use the artwork no matter what state it is in. any progress after the sketch will be scrapped.
I only provide refunds if you do not approve of the sketch or if I have taken more than 2 months to complete your commission and have not given a reasonable explanation in the meantime. I provide constant updates to ensure customer satisfaction, clients have the right to contact me for an update at ANY point in time. However, be respectful about it.
Should you cancel a commission after I am more than half way through you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future. The only reason a cancellation should happen is, before payment, extreme circumstances or an unpreventable means on both parts.
I will cancel a commission IF, I suddenly do not have access to my computer for an extended period of time, loss of internet/power for an extended period of time or injury that leaves me incapable of doing my job.
OTHER
I, CrowFly Products, Hold the right to repost artwork on any of my social media or art related platforms. I am allowed to use ANY artwork I create in advertisement of any kind. However I will not resell a completed commission or attempt to make any form of "extra" profit off of an already completed or custom ordered commissions. I have the right to post Multi-slot YCH's.
As a client you have the right to use my artwork on your page in anyway you would like as long as it is not to make a profit.

Hi there, My name is Brianna Worden. I am most commonly known as CrowFly or DespicableCrowButt.
I am a freelance digital artist and I have been drawing for over 5 years digitally.
Digital artwork started as a hobby, like most, to get away from doing school work and doodling in my notebook, over time it turned into a passion and I decided to truly take the time to gain the experience as an artist and turn it into something that not only could I turn into a job but be proud of what I do. Being an artist has been an up and down struggle but every experience, and every moment was a learning curve that I took to heart. Through trial and error I slowly grew as an artist and I am beyond proud of where I am at and still looking to go further, artwork is my passion.
I am still to do day surprised of how far I have come, I have taken over 200 commissions which doesn't seem like a lot but, it is a huge step in my journey and toward my goal. I hope to continue growing and build up a decent clientele and continue to move in the right direction.
I am 20 years old, and still have so much time ahead of me and I can't wait to continue this journey. |
