Terms of servicesTerms of service:
1) Email me (gone46.ts@gmail.com) if you want a commission. Your inquiry should include:
- Category (Portrait, Character illustration, Full illustration, digital, traditional, etc.)
- Brief information of what you want to order (type of background, characters and what they will do, resolution in pixels or paper format on traditional). Please note that your text should be clear and understandable.
- References to your characters or text descriptions; references for background, poses, details, etc.
- Any additional details that you want to include in your commission
- Alterations/Edits on the picture. Calculate 20% of the base price per edit.
- Deadline if there is one.
- Mention if it's a private commission. Private commissions are meant to remain unposted for an unlimited amount of time. Calculate 30% of the total price.
2) The process of working on your commission:
a. I make an estimate of the global cost of the commission, once you validated the estimate, I start to work.
b. Gathering all information and references for commission.
c. You will get one or several basic drafts for future pictures. I will provide with a set of 3/4 propositions. You have the right here to ask for two other set if the first results doesn't satisfy you.
Any additional set will bring an extra cost. I'll update the estimate in that case.
d. Once the sketch phase is validated, I send you the invoice. Once paid, I resume the work.
e. Finishing the coloring version of your commission. You will get the final result. It can not be fully changed, only in small details. Please do not abuse it. The result always depends on how clear your task is. In some situations, changes may require additional payment.
3) Payment:
- I accept PayPal and bank transfer (this option is limited to EU only) as a way of payment. For bank transfer, you engage yourself to cover the transfer cost, if such cost is required.
- The payment method is 100% once the sketch is done. By using these methods, you consent to the sharing of personal information, such as an email address, to send the invoice. Payments without a prior invoice won't be accepted. Please include your PayPal address so estimates and invoices can be prepared and sent.
- If the order involves multiple people, all communication and payment with the artist should be handled by a single representative elected privately by said group, regardless of the number of people who paid for the commission. I will not be involved in any quarrels among the group members or responsible for the resulting situations.
4) Refund:
The refund will be calculated according to how much work has already been done on your commission. Example: If a commission costs €100 and is done at 50%, you will get €50 minus the services' fees.
5) One commission may take from one day to two weeks, depending on its complexity.
6) There is no need to write dozens of messages a day to an artist to find out how work is progressing. The artist will contact you when work or sketches are done. If you really can't wait to find out the status of the commission, then one message will be enough.
7) The artist is a human who can be ill or sleep sometimes. Please respect it. If the artist needs additional time to work on your commission, you will get a note about it.
8) The artist has the right to refuse your commission without explaining the reasons.
9) By commissioning me, you allow me to post the finished work on DeviantART, and other sites I’m participating in. You are allowed to repost it on your own account if you want, but please remember to quote the artist behind the piece. It might be your idea and/or characters, but it is also our work. This part is not to be considered in a case or private commission.
10) You automatically agree to these rules when you send a commission request to the artist.
11) I will work in the chronological order of the messages I received. If commissions have a deadline, I will prioritize them to make sure you get them in time.
12) Also, something I suppose is basic, but I shall say it anyway. You must be over 18 to commission "NSFW."[/b]
13) A commission featuring my characters will have a discount.
-a) 20% of the final price (it includes the private commission increase, if there is one).
-b) In the case of the NSFW commission, I allow myself the right to refuse the inquiry plain and simple if the topic makes me uncomfortable; it can't be negotiated. If I refuse, don't insist.
14) In the case of a traditional commission, I offer the possibility of shipping you the original by postal mail. If you wish so, you'll have to provide me an address I can ship the commission to. |

If it's something I never did before it will just take more time. But I won't come back to you unless I have something decent enough to submit (It's a joke I communicated a lot with my clients and it won't change as I want something who fits the commisionner's idea).
Anyway it's simple, as long as it stays SFW I take it. just remember to provide the refs if needed (ref sheets for characters, poses references, pictures of backgrounds if you want a special set up).
For NSFW, I draw vanilla stuff, it includes straight gay and lesbian
For the kinky part I take female pregnancy comm in general, no mpreg, sorry guys ^^'.
For the rest, no hardcore kink, no illegal stuff obviously, if you have a doubt ask, I'll tell you if I'm okay with your demand
