Linearts are sketches that have been cleaned up fully and have had clean lines put down on them. There's no color in these, if you want color, you want to look at Flats. Lineart has a soft limit of 4 characters per piece, which is negotiable.
If the lineart is intricate (like the one above), the price would be higher, like for feathers or mecha-type things.
