Please read this before commission me
★By ordering from me you agree to my terms of service
★I reserve right to not accept your commission without any reason or explanation
★I have the right to cancel a commission
RIGHTS:
★I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared. You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files and WIP stages of your commission as part of image packs, Patreon rewards, or similar
★Clients may repost watermarked art at will as long as credit to an author is included and no profit is being made
★Every client has the possibility to buy full rights to commissioned artwork. Details will be discussed individually
WON'T DRAW:
★ The extremely unnatural complexion and body shape
(But I always can fix your OC, just ask me please))
★ gore
★ too multicaracters (ask me!)
★ animal genitals (male can be possible)
★ adult content
★ some other fetishes (you may ask me)
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
★ PayPal, Boosty, Patreon
★ Payments without prior invoice won't be accepted
★ I take 100% prepayment, payment plans are possible
★ If a commission is for private use only then +20% of the order amount
★ After the start of the work, the money will not be returned.
★ BUT! If a commission is being canceled for any reason by me I will refund all the money
PROCESS:
★ You can request a work in progress WIP if you would like one. I will also send one if I need clarification with the commission.
★ Once the sketch is approved, or if most of the work is done, I can only fix small details/colors.
★ Larger changes are possible at an additional cost.
★ After the completion of the commission there is a no refund policy.
★ You will receive small files for public use and full files for personal use (they will be sent to your email/discord/etc.)
