TERMS OF SERVICE:
✦ Commission PROCESS:
1. First step. Choose what type commission you want and DM me via FA, Telegram, X, BlueSky, Discord and prepare to provide me next information:
a) If Illustration, Speedpaint or Sketch - reference sheet with your character, scene description, pose references, emotion references, references of body type + body texture: fluffy\smooth fur\scale, background description. The more interesting the idea the better the realization!
b) If YCH\Portrait - reference sheet with your character, emotion references, references of body type + body texture: fluffy\smooth fur\scale
с) If Reference sheet Commission - character description (species, body type + body texture: fluffy\smooth fur\scale) + similar photo\art with your ideas, additional visual references of accessories (tatoo, wings, clothes, items, etc), color pallete.
d)Be prepared to provide additional visual references and any additional or clarifying details If I need to for a more accurate understanding of the task.
2. After our discussion about commission and price, i'll send you payment information. After payment I put your commission in queue.
3. When it's your turn I'll send you sketch, for check. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge if something doesn't fit the provided description or character reference. Try to describe your character as detailed as possible if there are not enough visual details on the reference. After the approved sketch, I'll fix only my own inaccuracies. The sketch and the final work may differ for better.
4. If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason (except sketch-commission), and I redraw everything , I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch/pose, modify and use it in any way in future.
5. Any corrections after commissions done will require additional payment. The amount of payment depends on the time spent on making corrections.
✦ Payment
1) I take full prepayment via PayPal (or alternative if you don't have access to PP, discuss)
2) Payment Plan is available. If you can't pre-pay full amount we can discuss the payment plan with the small first pre-payment. Ask me for discuss it.
3) Before I give you the finished result of my work, I must receive its full cost by that time.
✦ Refunds
1) I have the right to cancel a commission.
2) Commissioners get a full refund if I cancel the commission for personal reasons.
✦ Rights/Commercial use:
1) I retain copyright and rights to use final image in commercial manners (artbooks, as prints, on patreon, etc.)
2) Clients can upload a public web-version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner. You may edit it to use as icon, pfp, banner, non-commercial print for yourself or your friends without receiving payment. Credit or link back are necessary.
3) If you want to keep a commission private, or would not want it to be used anywhere - please note beforehand, clearly stating what you don't want me to do with it. But restrictions may entail an additional fee for the inability to use.
4) Commercial use must be agreed with me in advance, additional payment may be required to obtain commercial rights.

✦ Additionally:
1. Please check out my portfolio before making an commissions. I have my own drawing style and it may not coincide with the description of your character. In any case, I always try to make your character look lovely and beautiful.
2. English isn't my first language. Forgive me for my typos in the message and don't shy re-ask somethings.
3. Try to talk about your ideas as much as possible, whats going on in the Commission artwork. Do not forget to point out the mistakes that other artists often make when drawing.
4. You may ask me about the artwork steps. But please do not abuse it. As I draw, I like to share the stages with the commissioner.
5. All prices in commission types are preliminary and not final when calculating your order. They are indicated to understand how much the commission will cost in the most ideal basic conditions. The final price of any type commissions may be differ, depends from additional complexities (example: more body parts, wings, tattoo, much colors). This is discussed before payment. Any additional requests after payment are made only taking into account the surcharge. Even minor ones. It's not about complexity, it's about my time.
