Terms of ServiceIf you commission me you have read and agreed the following terms:
--I have the right to refuse any commissions.
--All commissions will be taken through paypal only. The commission will not begin until full payment has been received, unless otherwise discussed privately, the latest you can pay is until the sketch phase is completed. If payment is not received until then, the commission will be terminated.
--Each commission will come as a PNG file type. Any other file types need to be discussed beforehand and may lead to an extra charge. Each commissioner will take the full sized version of the specific commission resolution. The general px is 1500 x 1500, you can change this size when discussing the commission, otherwise this size will be set as default.
--Clear visual references from the commissioner must be provided, this applies to character/s, poses, backgrounds and any extra element that requires the specific detail.
--Changes during the sketch phase are allowed. Once the commissioner has approve of the final sketch, any inaccuracies regarding pose, characters or any element that has already been lined and painted after the process has been completed will not be adjusted
--The commissioner will receive a wip for the sketch, if this one is approved, the next update will be the finish piece, allowing only minor color changes if necessary. If the commission is set higher than flat colors and if the commissioner requested it beforehand, a flat color wip could be provided.
--In the event of a commission being terminated by me or the commissioner, after the sketch phase, no refund will be provided. The commissioner will have the incomplete version sent to them once the process has been terminated. Refunds will not be provided if the commission is a sketch.
--I reserve full rights of all imagery, to promote myself and my service. However, if the contents of the commissions are deemed sensitive for the commissioner, permission will always be asked and considered.
--The commissioner can post the piece in the matter and whichever site they please, as long as my signature is not removed, in the event of a crop do to aspect ratio, credit should always be provided.
--The current terms and prices can and will change with time. I will make it public in my social media when this is the case.

Process
When contacting me regarding a possible commission please have the following elements:
-references for the character/s
-reference for the pose, on the occasion that the specific pose is not available visually, a precise description or a simple draw version will work.
-references for background, extra elements or objects that seems to need the details (if necessary)
-Have the style of the drawing (sketch, flat color, full color) and the body measurements (bust, waist up, full body)
-your email for the invoice
2. If we come to an agreement, I’ll send you the invoice in the email that you provided. The waiting time for a finished product is around 2 weeks.
3. I’ll start the sketch, if you have any changes do it during this phase. I’ll send you work in progress of the sketch, when this one is approved I’ll continue with the lineart and color. Payment is expected during this phase, failure to comply will lead to commission termination.
4. If requested, a wip can be provided with the flat colors, otherwise the process will continue and the next drawing you receive will be the ‘’final’’ piece.
5. When the piece is almost finished, I’ll send you a progress picture. On this final stage you can request small changes regarding color, changes for shape, line and pose will not be fulfilled. If the commissioner approves of the piece, this one will be the final product.
