GENERAL COMMISSION INFORMATIONPRICE: $10 USD per 1,000 words

*Note that all instances of "you", "your", and "yours" hereafter will reference the commissioner and all instances of "I", "me", and "mine" will reference the commissioned author.
1) When requesting a commission, please be sure to include these primary details:
~Characters (OC or not)
~Any specific plot details or world setting you want
~Whether it's SFW or NSFW
~Desired kinks/fetishes (if NSFW)
~Desired word count
All commissions will be uploaded to my page on here unless you explicitly request yours not to be.
NOTE: Once critical details (such as main characters, major plot points, and setting) are set in stone and I start outlining, they cannot be changed! Any major changes will result automatically in a fee of HALF the commission price to be added to the final bill!
2) Once confirmed, you will receive a private message containing an outline of events. In this stage, you can continue to request (minor!) changes, including the addition or removal of kinks (if NSFW) or additional characters. Once you confirm this outline, no additional content may be requested.
3) When the commission is completed, you will receive a sample of approximately 10% to 25% of the final product for final review. Minor edits can be requested at this point.
EXCEPTION: In the event of a Tier IV commission (multi-entry) that is greater than four chapters/parts, you will receive a single, complete chapter/part for review instead. If less than four chapters/parts, you will receive approximately half of a single chapter/part for review instead.
4) Once you are satisfied with the product, payment will be made through PayPal. After payment is processed, you will receive the completed document through a private link.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
--I reserve the right to refuse (or in extreme cases cancel) a commission for any reason with or without explanation. If the latter, you will be notified.
--If you cancel and/or fail to fully pay for an agreed-upon commission, I reserve the right to withhold my services from you permanently, including (but not limited to) your current and/or active commission(s), as well as any and all future commissions you order from me. Furthermore, I DO NOT accept partial payments.
--If using other users' original characters (OC's) in your commission, I will seek out the written permission of said user before confirming your commission. If said user refuses, you will be notified and the commission canceled. If said user accepts and something changes either during the commission's creation or after, you alone will be liable for the fallout.
--If a user whose OC you are using comes to me with a request to take down the commission and can provide adequate evidence that the request isn't spurious, the commission will be removed, with or without your notification. This also applies in the (admittedly unlikely) event a copyright holder issues a takedown notice if your commission contains said copyright content.
--You can share the commission anywhere you like (it's yours after all), but please be sure to credit me if you do.
--There are five stages of the writing process that will be highlighted and updated on my profile page as I work through commissions: RESEARCHING, OUTLINING, DRAFTING, REVISING, and COMPLETE (AWAITING PAYMENT).
--Tier IV commissions will be placed into separate folders together instead of the general "Commissions" folder.
--You are free to message me at any time through the writing process to ask questions. I will respond when/if I can.
--Writing takes time, I have Real-Life commitments, and I am a professional author working on other sometimes higher-priority projects not always on or part of FurAffinity. Please be patient. I go through furious writing stages and writing burnouts like everyone else. This is why I wait to request payment until AFTER the story is finished. I'll let you know if there's going to be an extended lack of progress for any reason.
--As an addendum to the above: the entire month of November is closed to all commissions due to National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), which I participate in. If this changes for any reason, I'll post a journal about it.
--Furthermore, with the limited free time I have to commit to writing due to various real-life circumstances, I'm not always the fastest creator. With this in mind, if you want to rush me, it is possible, but there are two things that you must expect. One: The quality of the final product WILL NOT be at its best; you can't rush perfection. Two: A charge of 25% of the commission price (rounded to the nearest increment of ten) will be added to the final bill.
--It should go without saying, but because it is generally frowned upon and unfair to commissioners, I DO NOT allow line-jumping and queue-skipping unless I know for certain other commissioners in the queue will not mind.
--NO REFUNDS AFTER PAYMENT! Small edit requests are perfectly fine, however.
--By commissioning me, you are agreeing unequivocally to the terms outlined in this contract.
