Posting, editing, cropping, whatever you plan to do with the art piece is allowed, provided credit is given to the artist. Payment is done in halves, specifically when linework is done and finally when the painting process is complete (final product is given after final payment). . If you are asking for flat color line you would only need to pay for when the work is completely done so some of the rules may not apply . 50 percent of whatever amount you payed will be refunded, i.e. if you gave 30 you will get half of that as refund Refunds are not offered after final payment . it is especially very important that you communicate any issues you may have with the art piece to the artist, not bringing up whatever grievances you might have for the sake of "being kind and courteous" is just not gonna cut it, but please be constructive when you do. OCs are drawn in approximation to the references you provide if you do not have a ref sheet, the more references you provide, the better. Under very few exceptions I may not be able draw your OC or the scenario perfectly. . complicated backgrounds especially requires extensive references for me to work it up to par with whatever you envisioned, and the difficulty of how I tackle them will exclusively depend entirely on the background itself If you plan to use someone's OC, written consent is a requirement and must be provable If I made an honest mistake such as I forgot to add something I will not charge anything for it I reserve the right to turn down a commission On average it takes about 1-2 weeks to complete a piece, much more complicated works like full on background pieces have taken me considerably longer in order to maintain art quality hence the jump in pricing, frequent communication will be greatly attempted.
