	Terms of Service Info If you have any specific questions, feel free to email me; docraptor39@gmail.com. A. Payment Payment is required upfront for all commissions. Unless both parties (Artist and Commissioner) have agreed upon partial payments which will be handled from client to client. · DO NOT send money without an invoice. Forms of Acceptable Payments: Paypal - Online & In person. Cash/Card - Only when in person. B. Time Frame and Updates I will make an effort to show updates of progress and depending on the level of work I need to put into a commission greatly affects the amount of time I spend on it. Generally, it can be a few days to a month after payment is received and details are exchanged for work to be completed. Please COMMUNICATE with me if you have any concerns or request an update on your commission status. · Deadlines: I am very willing to work within a time schedule! If you want to place a deadline, it is up to YOU to notify me of this. Please do not assume I will complete a commission within X amount of time without asking. · Delays: I will notify clients if there will be any delays on their commissions, due to travels/holidays/medical issues/ etc. C. Rights and Permissions If you have commissioned an image, you MAY repost it to your gallery, you're allowed to print it and stick it on your wall, gift wrap your cat in it, etc. (i.e. PERSONAL USE ONLY). None of my work can be used for commercial use unless given permission. If you do repost the image, please do credit me for the work. YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ALTER MY WORK IN ANY WAY. This includes removing any watermark or signature of any kind. (Excluding uses for Profile Icons) D. Refunds If no work has started on a commission, %100 refund may be issued If any work such as rough sketches to sketches, %50 refund may be issued If work has been completed, %0 refund.
