• Claiming a plush or commissioning me automatically means that you agree with my T.O.S. and Refund Policy.
• I accept payment in USD or Euro through PayPal only. The prices displayed are in USD if not marked differently.
• I’m not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
• Shipping cost will be discussed individually. Possible taxes of any kind need to be paid by the buyer.
• Payment plans are possible. Ready-mades will only be sent after the full payment has been received. Custom orders will be started after the full payment has been received.
• Please note that colors appear differently on different monitors and may thus differ from the product you receive. This problem can be avoided if we agree on a certain fabric after you looked at a physical swatch. You will have to order those yourself.
• I possess some fabrics that can’t be bought anymore. You can receive a swatch of those for a little charge that depends on the fabric + shipping cost.

Refund Policy

• No refunds after the plush has been sent.
• No refunds for started commissions, except I can’t finish them for whatever reason.
• I will refund 50% of the *full price* of ready-mades, if you cancel your order before it has been shipped.
• Since I’m not responsible for lost or damaged parcels, those are not eligible for a refund.

Custom Plush Colours

I currently offer custom colours for the following plushies. The base prices are:
Raptor: 350$
Cockatrice: 220$
Cockatrice Chick: 50$

The base price applies if I don't have to order additional fabrics. In that case I charge 18$ for the first and 12$ for every following colour for Minky.
The price for faux fur needs to be discussed individually since those come in a huge price range.

Custom Fabrics

Since fabric types come in a huge variety, prices need to be discussed individually. Generally I will charge more for fabrics I have to order than for fabrics I already possess.
I won't use every fabric to sew a plush since not all are equally suitable for that kind of project. I mostly recommend Minky, Nikki, fleece, faux fur and faux leather. There are other fabric types that can work but could influence the shape and stability of the plush.

Additional or changed Elements

Please note that I will only make simple changes to the patterns. Most changes are only possible before the plush is finished, but you may ask me anyway and I'll see what I can do.

Changes start at 20$ if I have to add or reshape an element.
exp.: differently shaped feathers or tailtips, additional back spikes

There's no upcharge for leaving out an element.
exp.: no feathers for the raptor

Other Plushies

If there's a plush you'd like to hold in your hands and there's also a sewing pattern available somewhere, I can sew those as well. They will be priced individually. Please keep in mind that I do not own an embroidery machine and will only embroider simple details by hand.
