The following information of my TOS / Agreement must be read and agreed upon. If you do not agree and clearly understand before commission me. I will not accept you commission unless you do so! If you do not understand please ask me question if needed I'll be glad to help you understand anything that is needed.

Disclaimer:
I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason i see if. If you are black listed from my commission you will not be receiving any art from me. If I feel you have been rude to me at any time. You will be black listed from commission!

All commissions will be done within 2 week to 4 months from when I started, not from when I am paid. I work by my queue / list. Once you have a commission me you will be placed at the bottom of my list. I will not start on your commission until you have paid and the commissioners ahead of you are done!

Once you have paid for the commission and told me what exactly you want the commission will not changed after showing the first sketch. If you do not tell me what exactly what you want it will be considered as a freelance commission. After the first sketch has been approved I will move to finish the commision. No chances will be made after the commission has been made or no changes after you have paid for the commissions. Once i have a pose set in mind i like to keep it that way after we agreed upon it!

I am not responsible for others using your commission, if someone is using your commission you have paid for from me without permission do not come to me blaming it on me. I am not responsible for others actions.
Do not alter my artwork unless I have given permission to do so. This does not include cropping for icons, banners etc. That is allowed if you are the character owner.
I do not work with deadlines.
DO NOT rush me. Pestering for an update or art status stresses me out. If it's been a month without word from me, feel free to ask.
You must have one up to date visual reference. NO secondlife/imvu references. Please avoid lots of text descriptions.
If you have to make a description please make it short and to the point!!! I can not stress this enough.
Please make sure your character info or references are correct. If I miss something that wasn't mentioned or on your ref, I am not responsible for the mistake. (It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide me with all necessary information to complete the commission.)
Wing-its are (For me) considered artistic freedom with the commissioner giving a few words or a short sentence to describe the theme of the image.
Wing-its and Sketch commissions do not have WIPs (work in progress images)

Payment
I only accept PayPal in usd only.
When payment is given I'll be sending an invoice from PayPal.
If payment is not paid within 3 days. Commissioner will be message to see if the payment will be paid.
If payment is not paid within another 3 days the request will be canceled!
Without warning.
I do accept payment plans. Maximum limit is $50 per mouth.
Commission will not be started until payment is fully received.
I will accept payment plans over $100 usd. Keep in mind that if the payment is not paid fully you will be black listed from commissions.
If you have at least paid 1 payment I will draw you something is equal to the amount you have paid that off my commission prices!

REFUNDS:
Refunds will not be given out once you have paid!!!!!!
Commission will not be started until payment is received up front.

CLOSED INFORMATION

Information will not be given out to others, such as email, paypal information, Facebook information or any other information you would like to keep closed.

PROFIT

After the commission is done the only one that is allowed to make any profit is me (the artist) and the commissioner. Any other making a profit that does not own the oc or commission me the piece is NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF PROFIT.

All rights to the piece is owned by me. When posting I must be created at all times.

Gore (guts spilling out, blood pools, decapitation, dismemberment, etc. Candy gore is ok!)

Water sports
Hard core nsfw
Hardcore bdsm
Abuse of any kind
Vore of any kind
Secret commission
Sonic commissions
Pony commissions
Hyper
Inflations
Bestiality
Under age
Some types of non-anthro (dragons are allowed)
And anything I do not agree upon.
I will not draw any sona or oc that the commission is claiming as their own but does not own the right to the sona. Must show proof that you do own the oc.
I will not draw for free. Any request for free art will not be accepted.

Any art with my oc’s that is nsfw is strictly prohibited.
No art will be done with any of my oc’s that is nsfw.
How ever i will allow sfw art with my sona. How ever if art is wanted with my oc’s will cost you extra depending on what is wanted.

To know before commission me!
Complex oc’s will cost an extra $5 to $7 usd depending on the oc!. Winged ocs will cost an extra $10 usd. Characters with out of the norm anatomy such as additional arms, tails, etc may have additional fees based on complexity.

Commissioners may post their finished images anywhere they desire so long as my watermark stays in tact and credit back to me.

Nsfw is an extra $20 usd more.
Nsfw commission will not be given out to commissioners under the age of 18.
Id must be given out to prove the commissioner is over the age of 18.
I have the right to denine your commission for any reason I see fit.
