TOSBelow you can find my terms of service. To commission me you have to read and agree to it beforehand. Prices and examples can be found below.
Please note that I do only work with people that legally can give consent. I am only working with people above the age of 18.
General information
If you plan on commissioning me for sketches, illustrations and reference sheets, you need to have at least a coloured picture of your character, or a collection of example images from which you would like me to design your character with which I can design your character with. References can be used as inspiration for design commissions. Though I do not make copies of existing characters, neither copyrighted, nor private. If you want a similar design to someone else's, you need written permission to use that character as reference. I will transfer the rights of the design to the buyer, when a design is bought from me. The design is fully yours. It can be edited, altered and used in every way possible except for making it a commercial mascot. This does not contain the art itself, only the intellectual property for the design. The rights on the picture itself stay with me.
Please provide all information in the discussion and sketch stage.
I will offer more commission types occasionally via Journals or Twitter.

If you are unsure about something, please ask! I reserve the right to reject any order! Things that could include why would be beyond artist possibilities, outside my comfort zone, contact with the purchaser is difficult, etc.

~Outfit Designs (Outfit designs all come baseline on a simplified mannequin resembling your character. For your character to be wearing the outfit it becomes a fullbody flat commission.)
~Females
~Thigh-Ups

Payments and Refunds
Payments are only through pounds [GBP], I do not accept any other form of currency. Payments are also through PayPal ONLY. The payment has to be sent as 'Goods & Services'. The fee is included in my prices, the commissioner has no extra fees to carry. PayPal automatically converts currencies when payment is sent.
I reserve the right to make additional payments dependent on complexity of your order. These may or may not include the following:
~Wings/Extra Limbs/etc.
~Complex Characters
~Private Commissions (Always £50 GBP)
~Commissions for Commercial Use
~Extra Artwork Elements
~NSFW
~Additional Characters
~Etc.
Payments Plans
At this time I do not offer payment plans due to my prices overall not being that high compared to other artists I know that offer payment plans. If your order manages to be above £150 for example, then a payment plan may be discussed.
Refunds/Returns
Refunds can only be made if the commission HAS NOT PROGRESSED FURTHER THAN THE SKETCH PHASE.
If contact with the purchaser is difficult (not responding to my messages), I reserve the right to put the auction, YCH, or commission slot back on my social medias for others who are interested. Such person gets a 100% refund and the slot is assigned for another purchaser.
What Is The Process?
I provide WIPS (work in progresses) throughout most stages of work which will be sent via private message at the preferred place of contact - this may include FurAffinity Notes, Discord, Twitter, or Email.
Sketch - Once receiving full payment or the down payment of a payment plan, I will send the purchaser a sketch. There will allow for 2 separate edits to the sketch. Upon making the changes I will send over the revised sketch. If there are changes that were not brought up when viewing the initial sketch, the next changes will result in a fee. I put a lot of time into my work so making changes over and over again results in me getting behind on other commissions and becomes both frustrating for me as an artist and the commissioner. (Please note that if I missed a detail on your character, this does not result in extra fees!)
Line Art - After the sketch approval, I proceed to line my sketch work. This is where I work on refining the sketch and adding details in the art. The pose may be altered slightly in the linework phase but not a significant amount. A WIP is provided at the end of this stage to approve details.
Flat Colour - This is ensuring that all the colours for the piece are to your liking and to make sure that the colour of the reference character is correct as well. Small colour changes are free one time.
Shading and Final Details - After finishing the work, I will send a version of the piece for final approval before sending a link (typically Google Drive) to download the art files. I include two different sizes of artwork. One size is the original high-quality version for personal use and the other is a low-res version for public use.
Resolution Rules
As mentioned above, the purchaser will receive 2 sizes of the commission. A high resolution and a low resolution version.
High Resolution - This is the size I work on. Publishing it to websites is forbidden as this is why I provide the low-res version.
Low Resolution - This size is allowed for publishing the artwork online and is the preferred way file to send to other people.
All versions contain my signature.
Artist Freedom
Artistic freedom is where the client provides 2-3 keywords for the artist and then the artist creates the piece of work using those keywords. It is upon the artist's discretion to chose a pose, background, and other artistical elements that are determined under the negotiations. The client can request WIPS's however please let me know upfront.
Turnaround and Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the amount of free time I have, as well as any existing commission orders I have before your order. Please keep in mind that I work outside of art, as well as I am enrolling back into full-time college in Sep 2021; therefore commissions can take a few hours to month. I do provide constant updates and will announce if there will be a delay when I cannot work. I do not accept deadlines although if the art is for a birthday, holiday, etc. please let me know at least 4 weeks in advance before the final date - I will do my best to finish the commission on time.
Copyrights
All copyrights go only to the artist ElementalGeo. They are inalienable and protected by law. Please contact me for commercial use pricing. I reserve the full rights to my artwork. Full rights entail the right to use, publish, re-post, and alter the artwork as I wish, as well as selling prints of the artwork.
I agree to place arts on other profiles in the web-sized versions, but only with a link to my account. Every art has my signatures, removing it will result in breaking the copyright.
By ordering artwork from me, you automatically agree to me displaying the piece however I please.
