Rules/TermsCOMMISSION RULES/TREMS AND FORM
By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you have read & agree to these Rules.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates these terms.

RULES/TREMS:
• I will start work only once either full prepayment OR at least 50% of the commissions price is paid up front, with any remaining amount due BEFORE the finished product will be sent to the commissioner.
• I accept info/description only into private messages on FA or by email. NO telegram, NO twitter, NO discord. It's easier to mark a message and save info here than there.
• 50% of the commission price is nonrefundable, even if a commissioner decides (FOR ANY REASON) to cancel there commission before or at completion... (This is non-negotiable)
• You can ask for big fixes only during the design stage! (not after finishing).
• Two fixes during the design stage are free. Starting with the third fix, they become paid. (Negotiated separately in each case) This is a kind of protection against very picky people, it's hard to work with them.
• I reserve the right to publish the finished product, if the commission wasn't private.
• Private commissions are ok, but will costs about +50% more in addition to the commission price...
• There is no deadline unless otherwise specified...
• All sales are final... (This is non-negotiable)
• I reserve the right to add any cards or documents I create to my list of available products...
• If any problems arise, they must be resolved peacefully through negotiations...
• I WILL NOT CREATE: fake or duplicate (IDs, Passports, Or "ANYTHING" illegal)... (This is non-negotiable)
• I ONLY accept payment in USD($) through PayPal. (NO Cash Apps, NO Zelle, NO Gift Cards, NO Checks, NO Crypto Currency)
• Commissioner is responsible for ANY PayPal fees for sending payment(s)...
• Price(s) for custom cards and/or documents, not already in my list of available products. (Negotiated separately in each case)
• All images of commissioner or commissioner's character are provided by the commissioner, I'm not a character artist...

You are allowed to use your cards/documents as you wish (uploading to gallery, use it in role-play, avatar, etc).

Please, follow thses steps to commission me, this will facilitate our mutual understanding and provide the information I need to complete my work...
First - PM me with your request & any questions you may have...
Then PM or EMAIL me the following once we reach an agreement for your commission request:
1) Your photo or image of your charachter. (Only needed if the cards or documents require a picture. (For some cards & MTG Cards mostly)
2) What kind of commission do you want from me (Card, MGT Card, Certificate, or custom)
3) Examples of the type of card or document you want.
4) Any information required to fill out/in the card or document fields.
5) I will reply with a price quote & PayPal payment info.
I will start on your commission ONLY once I have received at least 50% of the full payment for your commission... |

The Name, DOB, Gender, Species, Country, & Issue Date sections can be filled out/in as desired by the commissioner.
The commissioner also gets to pick which tic-boxes get checked.
