InfoIf you are buying my art, you can confirm you have read and agree to the following terms:
I provide commissions exclusively by digital means and I have the copyright for the image I draw. You do NOT have the commercial rights to edit or resell my art, as I may end up using your commission for commercial purposes, you are paying for the draw, not for the copyright. However, you can post the art (as long as there are credits).
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Payment must be made via Paypal and always before I start the first sketch and talk to you about the commission. Since the final piece will be delivered by Email 1 to 5 weeks after the payment is made, depending on the complexity of the order, and during the process I will send WIPs to ensure that you are satisfied and happy with the final result (edits can be made during the process).
As for refunds, my terms are:
-You can ask for refund at any time before I start the shading;
-FULL refund before I start the sketch;
-75% refund can be made until the moment I send the first email to get initial feedback;
-Refund in half from the moment I start drawing;
-No refunds after the shading process starts;
Alternative versions, with more or less clothes, will cost more. The amount is discussed before any transaction.
Things I don't draw:
-Very complex species, like giraffes, elephants, orcas, sharks, etc;
-Exaggerated fetishes like Gore, Vore, Hyper, Diaper, etc;
-Illegal things, such as underage characters in "questionable" situations;
-Very exaggerated body types;
-Very specific fetishes (to name a few who have already been asked: genies, tentacles, feet, etc);
-Very complex designs and wings;
-Very complex scenarios;
-Feral (at least not at the moment);
-Futa
-Canine/Equine dicks;
-Sex (in general);
-MLP;
-Sonic characters and OCs (with rare exceptions)
-BDSM;
-X-Ray;
-Ahegao;
-Ideas involving Skyline characters;
So, in short, for nsfw, be vanilla.
Things I'm going to draw:
-NSFW;
-Humans;
-Anthro;
-OCs;
-Fan-arts;
Things I like to draw most:
-Flat-chested girls,
-Bunny suits;
-Hot Springs;
I need an image of the character (preferably colored). I don't design from text, and I appreciate it if you already have the pose(s) in mind.

Other things to note:
Do not send me messages asking for commissions until I open them.
I can take up to 24 hours to reply to messages or notes.
If you have any questions that have not been answered before, feel free to ask.
It may happen that I am unable to start your order immediately, either because I am already working on one, or for some other job, in these cases, I recommend that you wait a few days for me to confirm.
And most importantly: I will charge an extra amount for the Paypal fees, and this amount varies depending on the type of commission
If the character has wings, I charge the amount equivalent to half of an additional character for the type of commission in question. |
