TOSBy purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and

LONG STORY SHORT, if you don't want to read a lot of text:
• I am working with prepayment only
• I am free to promote myself with commissioned arts. If you want to keep it private, you should say it BEFORE i srart to draw. Private pics are additionally charge 30% of the commission value.
• Postpone posting the art is free, (for example, if you commissioned a gift and want to make a surprise by a certain date), but you have to say this in advance.
• If you want to take commission, please, send note with information: Your PayPal address, the references pics of your character, type of commission (Headshot/lcon/Halfbody/Fullbody, simple/detailed background), tell me how your character should look like: emotions, pose, hand gestures, etc. or artistic freedom. OR use commission FORM (will be added soon)
• After your payment received I'll send you WIP for approval. Any changes can be applied. After the sketch is approved, I'll only fix my own mistakes
• I try to work quickly, but sometimes I need more time, so be patient, please. It takes about 20-35 days to finish the artwork (depend on the complexity and number of characters).
INFORMATION AND RULES:
• I draw: pin-ups, erotic themes, anthro, humans, feral and fantasy creatures.
• I don’t draw: excessive fetishes, pedophilia, underage characters, maybe something else. Ask if you are in doubt.
• After you receive the art, you must save it to your device. If you lose it in the future, I can't guarantee its regeneration.
• If you are planning to purchase a commercial license in the future, you need to consider this in advance. I recommend that you redeem the source file in good resolution (.psd or another). Use Commercial pricing.
• If you took a slot or won the auction and cannot pay for it, write to me immediately, do not be afraid. I am not blocking anyone for this. You should not be silent and waste time.
• You'll get a high resolution and Web version of finished artwork.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
• Payment via Paypal. I am working with prepayment only, invoice.
• All payments are taken up front and must be done within 1-2 days.
• Commissions up to 300 USD must be paid upfront entirely, any price above 300 USD is possible to receive half upfront and half upon completion.
• Clients get a full refund (without refund of commission deductions made by Paypal) if I am canceling the commission for personal reasons.

Please, send note with information:

ABOUT PROCESS:

RIGHTS / COPYRIGHT / PERMISSIONS:
• I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I may use any picture I create for sell
and presentation in digital or printed form. You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files
and WIP stages of your commission as part of image packs, Patreon rewards, or similar.
• In any case, I will include on all pictures used in this manner the character’s full name,
the creator of the character, and copyright information.
• If you want to use the picture for further printing and need a higher resolution, please, inform me about it.
• I reserve the right to use the final image in art books, as prints, on Patreon, etc.
• In case you want to keep a commission private, please note me beforehand. And it will additionally charge 30% of the commission value.
• I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I may use any picture I create for sale and presentation in digital or printed form. This includes the right to use the image for purposes such as the selling of Prints, or offering them on platforms such as Patreon.
• If you are commissioning a character that belongs to someone else. I would like a
confirmation that you have permission to do so.
• The commissioner are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• The Commissioner can use art for animation with my consent, but without changing the drawing itself.
