by commissioning me, you accept this.
Payment
Failure to notify me of a delay in payment after the sketch is done, will result in cancellation of the commission.
I only accept payment through Paypal or bank transfer if you live in the EU.
Payment in €.
I reserve the right to accept commissions, if I do not feel comfortable by any aspect.
After I inform you of the spot, you will agree to inform me within 7 days of all your information, including potential delays on payment, otherwise you lose the spot/move to the back of the queue.
(I value others' time, please take consideration of my time too)
After I have agreed to your commission request, I will draw a concept sketch and show it to you ( I can only do a few number of edits, editing the whole picture does not count as one. Each extra edit is time spent, so I'll ask an additional fee), once you agree to the sketch, I will send an invoice with the exact amount agreed upon.
Payment plans available for +200€
I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment.
Lead time
From two weeks to 3 months
I'll let you know if it takes more time, due to external problems, like ie: tablet broke, pc problems...
Process
I'll send you wips of your commission (if you ask), tho I'll not change the piece after the sketch stage is approved.
Once I finish the image, I will post the artwork in my galleries.
I will send the full-size image and web size image, as a downloadable link or by email.
Content
You must be 18 or older to order from me, I don't take responsibility for under-age lying about it.
I reserve the right to decline anything I am not comfortable with, or feel I would not bring justice to in a commission.
I will not draw:
hyper, gore, vore, pregnancy, watersports, baby/kids porn of any kind, hardcore of any kind
If you're not sure feel free to ask, I'm not going to judge anyone, I will just say yes or no.
Permissions
By default I am not selling the rights to the artwork.
I reserve the full rights to my artwork (use, publish, re-post, alter the artwork as I wish, selling prints of the artwork, patreon, etc.). Credit for your character/s will be visible on the artwork or/and in the description.
Clients may use it only for personal use, repost web size file, use as icon, banner or print the full resolution image for private use.
Please, when reposting my artwork, always credit/link back to my account.
Full or partial rights to my artwork may be bought for an additional fee or with a royalty
agreement. This will be discussed in private.
Refunds
Full refunds are not available once I've started with your commission, any progress will be deducted from the refund.
If artwork it's done at +70%, refunds are not available anymore.
I reserve the right to alter these terms, any changes made will not affect clients who have
agreed to previous terms.
