	Custom Plush Price: $12/hr When ordering a custom plush, I ask that you do so through my etsy store page, here: www.etsy.com/shop/feltsoffancy Messaging me here on fa is fine too, but please know I don't check it as often so there may be some delay to my reponse. Sorry! What I will require from you: • details on what you want made • at least one reference image - the more the merrier What you may expect from me: • I will provide you with a free estimate of cost and concept sketches of what I expect the finished product to be. • If after seeing the sketches and the estimated price you decide to commission me, then I will keep in touch with you throughout the project. • I will provide you with progress photos throughout and listen to any input and change requests you may have. I want you to be as happy with the finished product as I am and will not charge extra for up to five small alterations. Anything past that will be added to the overall time and cost. • Payment is not required until the product is finished. If you are not pleased with the result, you may choose not to purchase. However, please know that if this becomes the case your item will be listed for public sale. Guarantees: • Within a margin of an hour, your price will not exceed what I quote you. If it takes longer than one hour, I will discuss further options with you. • If the project takes less time than estimated, then your price will be lowered to reflect that. • Shipping is free to the continental US. • If the product is damaged in shipping, you may send it back and I will repair it for you free of charge.
