Definitions
“Author”, “me”, “he”, “my” or “I” refers to Christopher Alan Moore, owner of Pawz2Paper LLC
“Commissioner”, “their”, “your” or “you” refers to you, a client of Pawz2Paper LLC
“Party” or “parties” refer to you or Christopher Alan Moore
“Story”, "storyline", or “stories” refer to the piece of writing requested by you
"Chapter" or "chapters" may refer to individual parts of an ongoing story, commissioned consecutively.
“Word count”, “words”, “-word” or “length” refers to the number of words in a story as defined by the Microsoft Word software current to the author’s computer, laptop or cellular device
“Publish”, “publication” or “publishing” refers to the story being made accessible to the general public in electronic or physical format
“ACH” refers to automated clearing house transactions, whether it be electronic withdrawal, electronic deposit or any like transaction
“Portion” or “portions” refer to any writing needed to complete or having been completed that, whilst smaller than the story as a whole, is intrinsically necessary to its completion.
“FA” or “FA note system” refers to furaffinity.net and its communication system respectively
“Legible format” refers to a format in the Roman alphabet that is clearly identifiable to Christopher Alan Moore
“Base price” refers to the gross amount (before any applicable fees or charges) quoted for the completion of the whole or part of a story
“Clear”, “clearing” or “cleared” refers to a payment that has fully debited the source or origin account
“Total price” refers to the quoted final cost of the story or work, including any fees or charges

SECTION 2:
General Terms:
For stories that are adult in nature, I reserve the right to request a valid and unexpired form of photo, Government-issued ID to be scanned and transmitted to me in a legible format before or during my work.
I reserve the right to determine whether the identification presented meets this requirement, and furthermore reserve the right to ask for other identification if not satisfied.
The author reserves the right to determine what constitutes stories that are "adult in nature".
Failure to provide valid government-issued identification upon request will result in immediate termination of work, and all fees and payments already made become NON-REFUNDABLE.
Minimum story length is 5000 words, and increments are in 5000 words.
If the commissioner states that they want a certain word count, and the author exceeds this in the process of completing the commission, no further charges will be incurred over and above the total price already agreed.
The author reports ALL his earnings and expenditure to the IRS at the end of each calendar year, under his business name Pawz2paper LLC (registered in the state of Indiana) – there are no exceptions.
It is the commissioner’s responsibility to complete appropriate tax forms.
SECTION 3:
Timescale:
ALL work will be completed according to Eastern Time (Indiana, USA).
The following timescales apply to all stories, and will be quoted and agreed to prior to commencing the story:
Up to 20,000 words – maximum of 3 calendar months, or 90 days (whichever is the greater)
25,000 - 50,000 words – maximum of 5 calendar months, or 150 days (whichever is the greater)
60,000 – 80,000 – maximum of 1 year or 365 days (whichever is the greater)
SECTION 4:
Unique storylines - Price list:
The price for the story will be agreed prior to commencing the story and cannot - once the final US Dollar amount has been agreed - under any circumstance be the subject of bargaining or discounts at any point prior, during or after the work for any reason.
Flat rate of 0.01$ per word up to 15,000 words
Thereafter, the following price list applies with increments at 5000 words:
20,000 ($350)
25,000 ($450)
30,000 ($650)
35,000 ($900)
40,000 ($1250)
45,000 ($1650)
Anything over and above 50,000 words will be considered novel-length, and the following price list applies with increments at 10,000 words:
50,000 ($1900)
60,000 ($2600)
70,000 ($3300)
80,000 ($4500)
SECTION 5:
Chapter-based storylines - price list:
Individual chapters must be a minimum of 5000 words.
Timescale listed in Section 3 applies to all chapters.
The flat rate of 0.01$ per word will apply until the total written for this single storyline exceeds 19,999 words.
Once the total written exceeds 19,999 words but remains less than 34,999 words, the flat rate for each chapter will be 0.02$ per word.
Once the total written exceeds 34,999 words but remains less than 44,999 words the flat rate for each chapter will be 0.03$ per word.
Any consecutive chapter storylines that exceed 44,999 words will have a per word charge agreed to between the author and the commissioner.
SECTION 6:
Custom stories:
A custom story which, for the purposes of this agreement, will be defined as a story with the author’s total artistic control, including (but not limited to) character-creation, world-building and general plot. For a custom story, please add 33% to the base price.
SECTION 7:
Payments:
The author reserves the right to refuse any story for any reason before the commencement of the story.
Upon both parties agreeing to the terms and conditions of the story, the commissioner agrees to pay half the quoted fee prior to the story commencing, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the story.
After the first payment is made, the commissioner and author are considered to have read and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions included here.
Payments can be made via Paypal to pawz2paper[at]gmail.com or can be payable by cash or check.
I am obligated to collect State Sales tax on these transactions. Therefore, please add 7% to the base price. This will be reflected in the invoice you will receive.
If you choose to pay by check, please make it payable to PAWZ2PAPER LLC, and note that the author will wait for the check to clear before commencing the story.
I require payment made in United States Dollars only.
Any returned items, whether in the form of ACH or paper instrument, and any fees associated with this or any other financial transaction in association with the story that is ultimately rejected, returned or considered fraudulent, will be the sole responsibility of the commissioner.
The author will not be held liable for delays of payment sent by mail, regardless of method. In the case of any such delay, any appropriate alterations of the final due date will be discussed with the commissioner.
Once the story content has been agreed and the start date for work has passed, the first payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the commissioner subsequently withdraws at any time for any reason prior to the completion of the story, whatever has been written, will be given to the commissioner.
Completed stories will not be sent to the commissioner until payment and any applicable fee(s) is received and cleared.
SECTION 8:
Delivery and Publication rights:
Stories will be delivered in PDF format, unless agreed otherwise. The author will not be held liable for the story being illegible on the commissioner’s computer.
The author reserves the right to publish the material, with the appropriate links and acknowledgements, wherever he should choose and in whatever form.
The author agrees not to hold the commissioner liable for any publishing costs (including, but not limited to printing, online publication or illustration work) after the story is complete or during its production, unless agreed otherwise.
In the case of illustration of characters within the story, the author must formally request permission to pictorialize the commissioner’s characters(s) prior to illustration and subsequent publication. The commissioner has the right to refuse the inclusion of the visual depiction of their character.
SECTION 9:
Communication:
Author and commissioner both agree to not disparage the story or its contents in any form, format or fashion, whether written or spoken.
All communication must be done by FA note system, email (pawz2paper@gmail.com) or certified mail. Any requests (for withdrawal, changes or cancellation), comments, complaints or alterations must be submitted by email to pawz2paper[at]gmail.com as soon as possible.
An email receipt should be obtained and formatted into that email to prove delivery. Alternatively, the commissioner or author may correspond using certified mail, proof of which (certified mail receipt ONLY) can be requested by either party at any time.
Regardless of contact method, without any verifiable and unequivocal proof of mailing or emailing, the author will consider that request unreceived and non-actionable.
SECTION 10:
Records & Digital Copies:
Any sensitive documentation or copies of ID related to these transactions will be kept for 12 months from the time of receipt, before being securely destroyed. I cannot provide proof of the secure destruction of this documentation. |

Payments and Pricing
Price: $15 an hour
Minimum charge: 3 hours ($45) - for the first period of work requested, even if number of hours required for work is less than 3 hours
The minimum payment stipulation does not apply to any subsequent periods of work.
I reserve the right to refuse any story for any reason before the commencement of work.
It is entirely my right to decide when stories presented need further work and therefore further payment at the rate given above. If the commissioner refuses, my work stops there. The commissioner’s story will be returned with everything done up to the point of refusal of further payment. Any fees and payments made by the commissioner will at that point become NON-REFUNDABLE.

Upon both parties agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed here, the commissioner agrees to pay the minimum outlay of 3 hours ($45) prior to work commencing. These 3 hours count towards the work I do.
No refunds whatsoever for any reason.
Payments can be made via Paypal to pawz2paper[at]gmail.com or can be made by cash or check. If you choose to pay by check, please make it payable to PAWZ2PAPER LLC, and note that I will wait for the check to clear before commencing work. I require payment made in United States Dollars only.

5 days per hour of work quoted – i.e. 15 days for the 1st 3 hours of work.
Rush pieces can be accommodated with prior agreement. For these requests, I charge $20 per hour and the minimum initial charge for the 1st request - even if number of hours required for actual work is less than 3 hours - will still be 3 hours ($60).
ALL work will be completed according to Eastern Time (Indiana, USA).
The commissioner will be given a date of completion for each portion of the story (if applicable), but only once full payment for the quoted portion(s) has been received and cleared.
Written subjects I will NOT accommodate (this list is not exhaustive, and I have final say on what I will and won’t work on):
Anything pedophilic (implicit or explicit, i.e. featuring sexual situations with characters who are under the age of 18, or who appear to be).
Anything considered illegal by the laws of your country and/or state, or mine.
Anything that includes copyrighted characters or trademarked names.
Specific fetishes, including “scat”, “vore”, “gore”, “crushing”, “unbirthing” and “ovulation”.
Delivery
Stories will be delivered to the commissioner in the same format where possible, unless agreed otherwise. No matter how the stories are returned to the commissioner, I will not be held liable for those stories subsequently being unviewable on the commissioner’s computer, tablet, phone or any such device.
I agree to not publish the commissioner’s stories in any form or fashion, unless the commissioner grants explicit permission in writing, by mail or email.
Communication
All communication must be done by FA note system, email (pawz2paper@gmail.com) or certified mail. Any requests (for withdrawal, changes or cancellation), comments, complaints or alterations must be submitted by email to pawz2paper[at]gmail.com as soon as possible.

Miscellaneous terms
Unless it is a piece of fiction for personal use, I do not write, edit or proofread school or college essays, works or papers.
Some stories require more notes, alterations and adaption than others. I do not guarantee that your stories will have a certain number of notes, alterations or indeed any changes at all, unless I can be certain that a change of some kind is needed. This does not render any fees or payments you have made refundable under any circumstance.
After I have edited or proofread your stories, I do not guarantee subsequent success in, at or with publication of those stories. I do not accept responsibility for any subsequent failure of the stories . I do not guarantee a specific grade, mark, honor or any success whether it be for personal, work or school purposes.
You agree to not disparage the work I do in any form or fashion whatsoever. |
