TOS

AGREEMENT
- Payment means you accept TOS.
- Ignorance of rules is no excuse.

PAYMENT
- Full pre-payment only.
- Payment via PayPal; currency value is USD or SEK.
Swish also accepted
- Payment is required within 24 hours after taking a slot.
- Once you pay you can’t refuse the commission and make a full refund unless it's something really serious and I haven't started the commission yet.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Customer undertakes to comply with all requirements of the current TOS in the working process and after receiving the final artwork; has no expiration time.
- Daily messages with questions and requests to finish quickly are not welcome, it distracts me a lot. Please be patient.

RIGHTS
- I reserve the full right of using artworks as prints or part of artbooks / portfolio.

WORKING PROGRESS
- I'll show WIP’s! When I've finished the sketch so you can approve of it, and then I'll show once more when the flats are done to see that everything is correct. If you later on see that there are things with the design you'd like to change that you didn't mention after receiving the first WIPs I will charge extra.

PRIVACY
- I don’t draw private commissions unless you pay me extra to do so.

USE
- It is forbidden to put another watermark that is not mine and claim it to be your / someone else's artwork.
- They can not be printed for sale unless you buy / pay for the rights or give me a % of the sales.

DO \ DON’T
- I draw with understandable reference sheets only; no 3D, written character descriptions or artworks as references; no exceptions.
- I don’t draw characters with chaotic designs.
- I don't do alternative versions of the same piece unless paid for more.
- I do draw both human and humanoid characters along with anthropomorphic characters.
-I mostly draw females and prefer to do so, but can also draw femboy males.

PRICE (may be added for)
- A lot of stripes, spots, very complex designs. Might decline if the design is too complicated.
- Large items (detailed clothing, wings, additional heads, horns/spikes)
