Commission Terms!

Currently only accepting payment via Paypal! Consult me if you wish to discuss alternate options as I am open to being flexible here!

Invoice for commissions will be sent upon approval of the first rough sketch sent and given the okay by the commissioner.

The commission thereby will not be worked on further until the invoice is paid in full.

Commissioner may request a refund at any point between the approval of the sketch along with the payment of the invoice and the approval of the line art.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED AFTER THESE POINTS!!! Pending extenuating circumstance that is. Once these points have been crossed you will be receiving the product as is!

Edits may be requested as often as one likes during any point. However, be conscious of the effort required for edits. I reserve the right to refuse ANY edits regardless of how many I've done up to that point although I will try to be as accommodating as possible within reason.

AI Policy: The art which you receive at any state of the process may not be used for or with AI generation/learning in ANY way. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist from commissions here and through all networks I am in.

Upon receiving the finished product, you will receive the full resolution image, sent via discord or google drive if the first is not an option. You may also request removal of small elements for free alts such as but not limited to (onomatopoeia, speech bubbles, unconventional fx, etc..). You may also request to receive alts of removed layers such as unshaded if you received a shaded comm or lineart if you received flats. You may also request the .CSP file (the file that the project is saved on and opened with in Clip Studio Paint) at any point.

And lastly, I reserve the right to refuse a commission or drop the commission and offer a full refund for ANY reason!
