Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission, you are acknowledging that you've read the Terms of Service and agree with them.

I, as the artist, retain the right to terminate the order in case the commissioner violates these terms.

I WILL NOT DRAW NSFW OF OR FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18

WILL DRAW:
- Furry and anthro characters
- Characters of any sex and gender identity
- LGBTQ+ or straight couples
- Gore
- Weapons and vehicles
- Watersports

WON'T DRAW:
- Humans, ferals, fantasy races, aliens
- Underage characters in sexual situations
- Extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)
- Non-human genitalia (Canine knots are an exception!)

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
- I will only accept payments through PayPal or Cashapp.
- I will not work on your commission until payment is received.
- If a commission is canceled for any reason, I will refund the money minus the amount for which work has already been done.
- Once a commission is finished, the payment is non-refundable.

WORKFLOW:
- Do not impose a deadline on me. I will finish your commission when I can.
- Work will be done on a first come first serve basis, meaning I will work in order of most recent commission.
- I pledge to send consistent progress updates during the course of your commission, meaning at this stage any changes can be applied free of charge. After the sketch is approved, any changes made will cost extra.
- Commissioner will receive a high-res finished version to use as they wish as long as it is not for commercial use.

RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE:
-Clients can upload the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner. They may edit it to use as icon, banner, etc. Credit or link back is appreciated but not necessary.

PRICE MARK-UPS:
I will increase my prices if the commission includes,
-Complicated outfits and props
-Wings and extra body parts
-Complex backgrounds and surface rendering
-Complicated interactions with the environment or between characters

DISCOUNTS:
The only ways to get a discount on your commission are if,
- You are a regular commissioner of mine <3
- If my fursona or any of my original characters are asked to be in the commission :3
